Dr. T is the BEST! His team of caregivers are exceptional! I have scoliosis, hip antiversion and also recently injured my neck in a fall accident. I've been going to Dr. T for ~a year & a half and am consistently impressed with the improvements I see & feel after going for treatments. Dr. Trabulsi is also a breath of fresh air because of his vibrant attitude & genuine passion for contributing to his patients' overall health. The team is VERY knowledgeable about their work, and I love how they educate me along the way, so I can keep myself in my best health between visits. Shika the Physical Therapist has been instrumental in helping me learn about my physical conditions and how to take care of myself when at home & working out. While there may have been some administrative/scheduling challenges when I first started going there, the facility runs like a well-oiled machine now. I had a really awful experience here today. I went to get an adjustment for the first time and Dr. Trabulsi talked down and bullied me to the point of tears. When I said I didn't feel comfortable moving forward with the examination he still insisted that I pay (he eventually conceded). I don't enjoy writing poor reviews but I feel the need to warn others. Do not go to this man. A quick google search post visit revealed that he was arrested for fraud and I'm not surprised. Just wish I would have googled him beforehand. Fraudulent. This doctor/businesses Instagram page posts "cracking" videos. The only problem is that they use fake cracking audio that they overlap with the video to make it seem like it's real. It's really obvious, such as the doctor nor the patient wearing microphones and patients not even reacting to it, and the point is to make it louder and seem like he's doing more than he actually is. It's extremely misleading to the customer. That's false advertisment and really surprised a business would do that to people just to get them to come in. I have been going to Manhattan Wellness group one to two times a week for almost a decade. I have had knee and back pain and more recently knee pain due to running half marathons. The service I receive is exceptional - you can tell that the physical therapists, massage therapists and chiropractors know what they are doing and truly care for their patients. BE AWARE- GROUPON APPOINTMENTS ARE FOR SECOND CATEGORY PATIENTS!! I purchased a Groupon for 3 acupuncture sessions. I called and made an appointment, I gave my contact information and I even left a voicemail the same day to confirm my appt and provide my voucher info. When I got to the office, the lady at the front desk told me she didn't know if the person who does the sessions will be coming back. She told me I didn't provide a phone number (which is a LIE) to inform me not to come. She asked me to wait for the therapist and finally told me no one was available to do my session. She repeatedly mentioned to me and to other staff I had a "Groupon" appt, which seems to make me a second-category costumer. When I asked her if there's any difference between Groupon appt and regular appt, she told me "all therapies are the same, infertility, pain, stress, all are the same". She didn't understand what I was asking and she just showed she doesn't know about the market she's working on. Acupunture points vary according to the symptoms. At the end, she offered me to re schedule, but you should be more considerate with your patients time! I live in NJ and work at the city in a very busy schedule. I didn't get the chance to see the providers, so I don't know if they're good or not. I came here through Groupon and I have to say I'm impressed. The staff is professional and making an appointment is easy. I do acupuncture and cupping with Hong Ru, and she is amazing! She takes her time to patiently listen to my concerns, and subsequently formulates a treatment process. I had my first ever pinched nerve and panicked in pain and left work. Grabbed a heating pad and was like WTH is happening? Next day i called out of work and called this office. Dr. T and his team always have done a great job to help with my severe headache and back problems. I was taking Advil and similar medicine to relieve the pain regularly for almost a year. After 3 visit in one week, I could sleep well and pain became minor. After 5 visits, no painkillers needed anymore!!! It all was in my neck. I've been seeing Dr. T and his team regularly for a few months now and my health/wellbeing has done a 180. The office is incredibly accommodating and treats patients like they are special and valued. Never wait for more than a few minutes and are immediately whisked away to the back where you receive your treatment. Initial visit, you quickly come up with most effective treatment plan. They rotate you with chiropractor, masseuse, acupuncturist, PT: 1 or all 4 depending on your needs. Every time I'm in I feel great after and enjoy a good healing experience. Wow!!! I had been dealing with lower back pain, neck, and shoulder pains with the occasional muscle spasm in my neck. I've also had whip lash for several years. Dr. Trabulsi is amazing!! Actually everyone is. The front desk is so kind and helpful. The massage therapist was incredible. She would check in with me but definitely allowed me to relax and enjoy the massage. I have a pretty severe case of scoliosis. Dr. Trabulsi, the chiropractor was so helpful. He explained everything to me and broke it all down for me. He stretched my hamstrings, glutes, neck, shoulders and hips. Then, he adjusted me, which was a great sensation of relief. I called this place first thing in the morning to make an appointment due to a severe pain, gave the receptionist all my info hoping to be able to come at lunch time as this place is right around the office. 1.5 hours still didn't get a call back... So I called back, and the receptionist still didn't check my insurance information and still can't schedule my appointment. I asked when can I expect to get an answer and she responded "in a couple of hours...". I repeated that I'm trying to get an appointment ASAP and that I'd rather call another place and not waste my time here, as I'm in pain and need help. She said she will check it and give me a call back. The day goes by.... I called again, obviously annoyed, still no status on my insurance or appointment, same answer "in a couple of hours"... If you are busy and can't get to something - just let the patient know, so I don't waste half of my day and go somewhere else. I ended up going to another chiropractic office across the street. I have been going to Manhattan Wellness Group for about 6 months, and am generally there between 2 to 3x a week. I suffer from lower back pain that had an acute onset that left me debilitated. I spent weeks in pain, unable to walk, lie down, or sleep comfortably. I tried other places with little relief until luckily I happened upon this practice. The treatment I have received there has been life changing. I'm not sure what I would do without them. As someone who works in clinical research I can appreciate the difficulties that come with running a practice, and am often forgiving of the things we all get annoyed by when we see a doctor (wait times, insurance issues etc.). In the case of Manhattan Wellness no forgiveness has been necessary. I have been stunned by their professionalism, willingness to accommodate my last minute calls for same day appointments, and how much the staff have gone above and beyond for me on a regular basis. I rarely, if at all, have to wait to be seen (despite them having a busy practice). I have had a chance to meet many of the physical therapists, Chiropractors, massage therapists, and Acupuncturists associated with the practice but I would be remiss if I didn't specifically mention Dr. Trabulsi, who has been a lifesaver these past few months. He always takes the time to listen to me, and to take extra time to treat me when he can see I'm in pain. Taylor, one of the massage therapists gives one of the best massages I have ever had. Dr. Trabulsi really takes the time to listen to his patients' concerns. One day, the appointment of the patient before me was running late and instead of having me wait in the waiting area, Dr. Trabulsi treated me to a complimentary massage by one of the masseuses.
