She really took her time and checked in with me multiple times to make sure it was what I wanted. She was very sweet and her work is amazing. The nails were immaculate 3 weeks later when I came in for a fill. I didn't catch the name of my tech on my second visit, but wow she was fast. Multiple times through the service she paused to check in that I liked the length, shape, color, design etc. I appreciate that so much because we all know it can be hard to speak up when something isn't quite what we want. And omg she was fast. She removed my previous design, filled/shaped, and painted in just 40 mins. Such a excellent experience 10/10 The salon itself is clean and very cute. When I called to schedule an appointment I was told it would be $55 for the pedicure and $10 for the soak off of my previous nail polish. It wasn't until after I sat down and she started soaking off my polish that they told me it was going to be $105. I'm sorry but $105 for the basic level pedicure with French tips is insane. Either way she already had started so | just accepted the fact I was way over charged. Well when she started soaking off my polish she was clipping my nail as well as the sides until it literally bled and I only have half of my big toe nail. I kept moving and told her she was hurting me and she just shrugged and said sorry. I asked her why half of my nail was gone now and she said "it must have gotten soft from the water so I was just able to cut it away, or you never had a nail there to begin with". Excuse me but how can you cut away half of my nail and then try to gaslight me into thinking I didn't have a nail to begin with. I came in with my toes already done so clearly I already had a nail. I am extremely upset and my toe is very sore due to having only half a nail with the raw skin showing. I will be contacting an attorney to handle the situation regarding this salon because now I will be needing to see a podiatrist for a nail reconstruction. Others were too busy for walk ins and still others were not inviting. And then I decide to go back to this place. Glad I did! Lisa( I believe) did my gel manicure! She was amazing and also very thorough. I got a French gel manicure and it was beautiful when she was done. Even on my short nails. The price was $35 which was super reasonable. I will continue to go to this Salon in the future.
