There was bubbles everywhere they put an uneven white coat which was extra that didn't make the nails look any better. Extra polish all over my fingers, ugly uneven strokes bubbles everywhere. I was really looking forward to this visit, as my father and friend speak so highly of it. BUT many things happened that made this the WORST nail salon experience I've ever experienced. I can't be silent about it , as it was so disturbing how unhygienic this place is and how awful of an outcome we got for basic gel mani/pedis. So here I go: 1. The most unhygienic salon I've ever been to! I came in as a party of 5. I was second to last to get my mani/pedi completed. Not once did I see them get new tools to cut our nails, cuticles, file, or remove our callus'. The towels were full of stains and just absolutely disgusting. Not to mention when they used the drill to remove callus', there was dead skin flying EVERYWHERE! On the lady, on the floor, and even on guests! It was so nasty! I'm sorry, but it was ridiculous how nasty this was. 2. I came in with four other people to get five mani/pedi. I am fully aware that some of us would've had to wait a bit longer, but not as long as it took!!! They sat four of us down on the pedicure chairs and filled the tubs, while one sat in a chair waiting. Our feet sat in the tubs of water for 1 HOUR AND 30 MINS!!!! Many of the other workers were too busy texting or calling whoever to even get to us. Just ridiculous. We left 3 hours and 20 mins later. 3. When they finally got to me, the lady who did my feet did do a great job. BUT the lady who did my manicure botched my cuticles by cutting them so much that they hurt. She did an awful paint job on my hands too. I only asked for a gel manicure with chrome. She got nail polish all over my fingers and when I pointed it out she replied "my nails are too short and that it will come off with soap and water". She then cut off my skin to remove the gel polish that she got all over my fingers before I left to wash my hands. The paint job isn't even good enough for me to be "okay" with it. In addition, the other person in my party had four fingers cut. And not just a little...it was bleeding down her finger! When it was pointed out the lady's response was "you have thin skin! It's okay! It's just the polish. Just don't pick at it or it will scab". Doesn't even make sense. 4. Last but certainly not least, when it came to pay they apparently had WiFi issues and asked if we can go get cash. Took them 20 mins to figure it out, then proceeded to ask if we could fix it. So....horrible service and now you want us to fix your issue??? Overall, this place was such a disappointment and I don't recommend going there. We pointed out all of our issues kindly and patiently and nothing was given to accommodate or atleast fix the issue. I'm just appalled at how bad the service was, how awful they treat their customers, and how awful of a job they did. read more

I got a mani/pedi here for the first time ever. The manicure was fine but I left with an infection on my big toe. The woman who did my toes dug a little bit deep on my big toe when she was removing the dead skin and it hurt but I didn't think it was big deal I just figured it would just bleed and heal but my toe has been swollen and hot for days and now there's a yellow color showing up. I'm going to have to spend money on an urgent care visit now after spending $70 here. I'm very upset. Update: it's a staph infection so that's awesome. My nails are not attached to the fake nail so water goes in. They rushed it. Glue on my phone screen, glue on my fingers, gel on my fingers. The shape of the nails are all different; pointy, oval, rounded only on one side & straight on the other. When she removed my original set it was so painful & I would tell her but she kept going. I'll keep this simple. My first time here was not good. I came in wanting dip, which I got. However, the whole time the lady kept telling me to get acrylic which I did not want due to my own opinions. The next day I accidentally broke one nail in half. I called and asked if I can come in to get 1 nail fix, which they said yes and to come in at a certain time. So I did. The whole time I sat down to get my nail one fixed, the lady at least told me 6 times "this is why we don't do dip, you get the acrylic". I held my composure and just said "ok". And had the audacity to tell me to call next time, which I did but there is no communication in there. She did a horrible job fixing my nail. Which was my right hand, ring finger. (1st photo) Long story short, they are rude and they shove their opinions on you. I have so much to say but I'll save you your the time and your money. I been to every nail place in Chino Hills and finally found the perfect nail lady. Tracy does my nails so good they last a whole month without needing fills . She really takes her time and is very meticulous about her work. She also does the best pedicures . They are very patient with my hyper 7 year old and are always willing to make nice designs on her hands and feet . The place is always nice in cool inside not like some places that only have fans . I went back yesterday with my daughter and sister and was helped by other ladies who did a very sloppy job, we were all left with lumps and and disproportioned nails and gel all over our fingers. I will say I've had worse, it's just if I'm going to be overcharged and pay $89 for a pedicure, fill and gel polish - I expect amazing work.
