The service was excellent and they were nice enough to make sure I was happy with the service, but not pushy for extras like many salons which is so annoying to me. This place doesn't have what they say have. Family member called yesterday and asked if they have the 'mold-able gel' to create flowers and designs on nails & sea charms. The man who answered the phone said yes. When she went to appointment today, worker Lyn completed the base for the fingernails and than said to my family member ' we don't have the moldable gel'. The place didn't have charms either. They show pics and say stuff that they don't have. Consumers beware. If it were possible, would give zero stars. read more

I'm in search for a nail tech since nail technician no longer in business. I visited this nail shop yesterday since it was nearby. The customer service is not the best.. I'm very unsatisfied with my nails. I wish there was some good things that I can say about my experience but unfortunately not.. one thing I will say you are providing a service when you are providing a service for customer, you should always provide the best service and always have a positive attitude. When you work hard, then go to a place where you don't get good service that's very disappointing and then on top of that the nail technician thought I was gonna give her a tip after she and another technician start gossiping about me because I expressed that I was not happy with the service I received. *** UPDATE - the nail polish on my pinky nail end up falling off in one chunk about a week later and surprise surprise look at the damage she caused my nail.. as you can see in the photo, from where she literally ripped the acrylic off my real nail, it's now detached from the nail bed. The ambiance in there is very calm and the woman at the front desk (I didn't catch her name) was so kind to me and even offered me something to drink! Wasn't the worst experience ever nor was it the best. I didn't love the atmosphere and they were playing terrible music loudly. Very sexually explicit lyrics with mf all the way through it. Well....I had the opportunity to get my nails done here and was totally surprised to say the least. For the amount of money I paid, I should have had my hands massaged and wrapped in warm cloth. I ask for a pedicure and then walk over to where they have the polishes. They have a slushy maker right where the polishes are and I'm leaning on the counter looking at the colors. They don't have many so u suggest you bring your own. I look down and I see an ant. I take a step back and look completely around and notice that the whole counter is covered with ants! He proceeded to grind my fingers down until color was removed from my s&s nails. I ask for my nail to be thin instead of the current thick lee press on look he had given me. Another man said he was going to do it right ... after the tech continuing to be a complete JERK I ended up walking out without my nails finished. Bad move for a new business with 2 other salons in the same parking lot. The other man seemed very nice but had the tech finished I may have walked out with bloody nubs. I tried telling the lady she tried to fix it but it still remained really warm. But the service was great! The pedicure massage was amazing. Usually when i get a pedicure someone always cut me but this lady did amazing. The pedicure was so good i almost went to sleep. Not to mention their seats have USB ports so u can charge your phone . I visited a few days ago. So I was already kinda skeptical about going to get my eyebrows done due to the pandemic and everything. However, this salon has a sign on their door listing the safety measures they were taking. They said that temperatures would be checked upon entry, masks were required, and they would be wearing safety gear so I felt a little more comfortable going in. They did not check my temperature but I thought maybe they just forgot. I sat in the chair and closed my eyes in preparation of getting my eyebrows done and was honestly disappointed in the results. It was an older woman that did them and all she did was wax and do some light plucking, no trimming of my eyebrow hairs or shaping with an eyebrow razor. She was also kind of rough doing it. Also, I didn't notice until she was almost done that she wasn't wearing gloves. The other man working in there wasn't wearing gloves either as he was doing a woman's nails. So if you get your eyebrows waxed regularly, you know that there may be a little soreness for 10-20 minutes afterward. It's been two days and the skin below my eyebrows has been painful to the touch still. And this morning I woke up with small scabs in those painful places. I've never had that happen before and I've been getting my eyebrows done for years. So obviously, I won't be going back. read more
