I have had massages at several other places here at home and out-of-state, while on vacation, and never had to fill anything out that took as long or asked what seemed like redundant questions. The massage therapists were skilled and professional and kept asking questions to get to the right amount of pressure. Unfortunately, it was hard to relax because of the strong paint or glue smell coming from construction next door. I realize this is outside Elements' control, but I just wished there was better ventilation as my husband and I both left feeling slight headaches. I felt bad for the staff having to endure the odor all day. That can't be healthy. What I expected might be nice aroma therapy scents, during a massage, were overpowered by a chemical smell. I informed mine that I ride horses and tend to be pretty sore in my back. She does a fantastic job and I honestly do not have much pain after I ride now. It definitely helped with tension and soreness. I tried their facial last week and it was also really nice. They asked what my goal was for my skin and did a quick massage on my back and neck. Would highly recommend! The facility is very modern and they offer flavored water when you walk in. When it's cold outside, they give you a heated neck micro-bead pillow. The bathrooms are always clean and the beds can also be heated.

I really like the fact that this place was not pushy at all towards trying to sell you different packages or products. They asked you as a patient what are you looking to do, and what are your achievements. They had an introductory offer for new patients which I liked and the price was very reasonable!
