It's affordable, there are plenty of massage options to choose from, and the staff are all very nice and maintain a quiet, relaxed atmosphere. You can always request less or more pressure, as well as where you want your masseuse to focus on. I also have a punch card where you get a free massage after 10 massages. Absolutely loved this place! I got the full foot treatment with my SIL. Oh I'm in heaven! My flat feet were treated like royalty. I realize I need firm hands in my life The pampering started with a hot, hot foot soak. I was told to lay back on an extremely comfortable massage chair. I was covered with soft towels and had a pleasant scented towel placed over my eyes, which pretty much forced me to relax. And it worked!!! The strong hands began their work and I was in heaven. I love this place . It's clean and simple. The male masseuses are extremely respectful and they do a fantastic job. They are very reasonably priced. I will be back for this for sure. read more

Very good. Here's what you need to know. This is an Asian Massage place. If you aren't familiar with those, please do your research or read some of my other reviews on massage. Asian massage can hurt for some people because it's considered accupressure more than massage. They tend to use elbows and knees, and sometimes walk on your back. I've been getting Asian massage for over 20 years and this place is very good. If you think you won't like it, you really have 2 options: 1 is you can tell them upfront you are new to Asian massage and you want them to go very lightly on you. 2nd option would be to just get a quick 20 or 30 minute massage or do a chair massage if they have it. Those options are faster and you probably won't feel like it hurts. I'm definitely going back for more....but I get 90 minutes or sometimes 2 hours. read more

Incredible! Absolutely amazing! Da bomb! Pure bliss! A relaxed body and happy feet. When reminiscing on my visit, all of the aforementioned words come to mind with the exclamation points. Admittedly, a Groupon lured me in, but the experience was phenomenal and I am totally looking forward to my next visit. The beds, heating pads, warm water and strong hands were just what the doctor ordered after a week full of late nights and early mornings. I purchased an offer for (2) 30 minute massages for $27. Lucky for me, it was bought with a 20 percent off Groupon offer. The offer requires an appointment and while it says, 48 hours advance notice is needed, I snagged a same day slot. Upon arriving, I was told of several options. I could redeem the two thirty minute massages by getting a thirty minute foot massage and a thirty minute neck, back & shoulder massage or I could redeem one thirty minute massage and for ten bucks more, I could get another thirty minutes on this visit. I paid the additional ten dollars for a sixty minute service and will use the other REAL soon. You keep your clothes on but you will remove your socks and shoes. After you lying face up on the bed with a warm pad underneath and covered with warm towels, your feet are placed in warm water. Once this is all done, the fireworks begin. After half the time is spent face up, you are placed face down ___ up for the finale. Yeah buddy! All the while, the perfect amount of pressure and pulls. When it was done, I felt rejuvenated, energized and lighter. That said, it is absolutely worth the money but a Groupon offer makes it a steal! ....... What are you waiting for?? I went to the Bloomingdale location today and had a wonderful 60 min. combination massage for $45 by Tida, not sure if I spelled his name correctly. I went expecting to be in a common room, but wasn't at all. I was in a private room with lovely music playing. It was an amazing full body massage, with my clothes on. At the end he said I could remove my top for added oil, but I chose not to. I asked upon leaving how the $60 full body massage would differ and it looks they add hot stones for that and I may try that next time. I've been to a few of these kinds of places over the years, my favorite one being in CA and this up there with that one. This is going to be my go to place as of now. read more

First they gave me less price when I called over the phone and went there I paid over 60 bucks for hour massage wasn't that good, waste of money and language barrier very minimal English how these places stay open when they hardly speak English. I bought a groupon for this place and when I arrived I discovered there was an appointment requirement. The woman at the desk was kind and allowed me to get an appointment right away. Unfortunately that concludes the positive points of this review. My masseuse was completely unskilled. We have a number of these type places back in the Bay Area in CA so I've frequented the $29/hr massage places back home. The massage was described as deep tissue and hot stone. The hot stones were used for 1 minute and the "deep tissue" was non existent. The masseuse dragged her forearms up and down my back and dragged her knuckles across my spine with no sense of massage therapy. I left feeling worse than when I arrived... The room was cold and they have you remove your shirt for the back massage portion of the appointment and when I was getting redressed I noticed a camera was pointed at the table from the ceiling. I had been looking into reflexology for a long time but never got around to going due to lack of time! Finally, with some spare time and a location near by with great ratings, I thought it was time to take a chance! I was so glad I did! I called in and they were able to get me in within 10 minutes! This was my first reflexology experience and I absolutely loved it! I opted for the 60 minutes ($30) foot massage. The massage is described as foot + head, neck, shoulder and back however by the end of my session, it felt like a whole body massage as the masseuse also worked on my arms, hands and legs! Perfect pressure, ambiance and clean facilities! Also, the entire massage was done in a respectful manner and not once did I feel uncomfortable. Things to know: 1. This type of massage occurs in a shared space therefore theoretically there could be about 4 other people getting a massage in the same room (I lucked out and was the only one!). 2. Be sure to wear loose clothing (joggers/shorts) and a loose fitting t-shirt would be fine. I was wearing a long sleeved t-shirt as I often get cold during massages. 3. All parts of the massage happen with your clothes on (at least in the foot massage ones) which is a perfect introduction to massages for those that are apprehensive about massages. Well.. my boyfriend and I went and we tell them what we want and we want to be serviced in the same room together, no separate sheet. Of course we get a separate sheet but my boyfriend helped out in translation. I didn't like the fact that the men who were at the front entrance talking and one with his coat on come and do our massages with no sign washing their hands after our arrival and prior to our services. This used to be my favorite place but I'm starting to become disappointed. We even called to make appointments and they couldn't find us in the appointment scheduler. read more

They work for every penny here. This quint location is nestled in on a strip mall right off of Lake St and Bloomingdale Rd. Simple check in process and quit semi private rooms. To prepare, please wear loose clothing as there are shared rooms. If you come in as a couple or with a friend, you can share a room together. If your a male it's optional for you to take your shirt off. I wear a sport tank top and loose sweats. Upon beginning, you store your belongings in a storage stool, leave valuables at home as there are no lockers. You are then welcomed by sitting on a elevated massage bed. There is a bucket of warm water awaiting to bath your precious piggies, followed by a blanket of towels. You can tell your therapist if you want them to focus on a specific area, other than that these ninja's know how to get the kinks out. Sit back, relax and enjoy the relaxation all for $29 for 60 minutes of pure bliss. read more

I reallllly love this place. I've only been once, but I felt completely rejuvenated afterwards. I told a friend my feet were in pain, and she recommended this place. I love Chinese massage because it really does place a large emphasis on acupressure + reflexology. I asked the masseuse to use as much pressure as she could do to really dig deep in my tight muscles, and she was able to. I give her props because this was a 90 minute massage, and she was able to maintain her strength for that long. I'm really happy it's close by, and I'll definitely be going again! :) read more

Called at 2:22 I was getting massaged by 2:40, I had terrible pain coming from my center back, I went in for a deep tissue massage and it was great I walked out with more mobility and zero pain. Went on a Wednesday 11:00 in December. It was cold as hell outside. It was cold as hell inside as well . They put my feet in a bucket of warm water . Wished it was hotter . She preceded in a decent massage for 1 hour at 29$ . She did a good job and worked hard for a hour using hot rocks as well. It was my first time getting the 29$ special with your clothes on and other people getting a massage right next to you . For around 40 $ with a Groupon , you can get a full body massage . you get a private room and better massage in my opinion. read more

Bought the groupon for a $19 60-minute foot massage. They gave me the option of 30/30 foot and body...I happily took that. Emily was fantastic! Had just the right balance of relaxing massage and muscle tension release. The place is clean, feels new. This is the type of place with "communal" rooms where there are other people in the same room...but you stay fully clothed so it's not weird. Where do I start.....although we had an appointment we had to wait for 10 minutes past our time in the lobby before being called back. My girlfriend had to ask her masseuse two times to please be more gentle and he still wouldn't so she had to tell him to stop and asked for a different masseuse. I feel like my massage was extremely lacking, honestly might have felt okay at three different points in the entire hour, and several times during the massage he had to leave to get something where I would be waiting for a minute or two with nothing. The interior looked like an office and had open doors so you could hear everything going on in the rest of the building, keeping you from being able to relax. Me and my girlfriend both left feeling worse than when we came in, and her back/neck is still in pain. We will never go back. read more

AWFUL! The most non relaxing massage i have ever had in my life. Suggested by my sister (rude). The setting was uncomfortable as they have at least 5 beds in one room only separated by a curtain, no privacy and I'm almost certain the people next to me were having sex, disgusting! They did not offer me a bathroom before had, like most professional REAL places would. The beds are basically on the ground and they only give you towels to cover up with. The pressure was so hard i couldn't even enjoy it, even after i told the "masseuse" that it was too hard. The lotion they used smelled awful and gave me a super bad reaction. When i left they gave me the smallest paper cup of water, like the size of a mouthwash cup. I tipped $10 for a lousy massage and the guy literally asked me "was it not good" i said actually no, it was too hard. And he's said "oh sorry". Just plain awful i will never recommend this place to anyone! I don't know how they even have such a high rating or loyal customers, maybe those are the customers receiving their happy ending. We love Feet Feel Spa. Have gone to the Downers location countless times and love that they opened this location which is closer to us. I really like the layout of this location the best as there are separate rooms with massage chairs (around 4 chairs per room). The other locations is just one big room with the chairs so there is a lot of distraction when new customers come in. Same massage as other locations. They have a few services you can purchase but we always get the 1 hour $29 option. You remain fully clothed minus shoes/socks. You start by laying down while your feet soak, they massage your face, neck and arms. They then move to your feet and calves. Once that is over you flip over onto your stomach and they massage your back. In the past I have requested that I didn't want to flip and to spend extra time on my feet. They also use a cucumber melon scented oil/lotion when messaging. It smells really nice and seems to absorb quickly. I should note that when they are done with your feet they will wipe them down with a hot towel, just be careful when at home because your feet will still be a bit slippery. There are a few current "grand opening" specials going on, buy 2 get 1 free and there is a groupon as well (we purchased the groupon deal). read more

You guys...this place is AMAZING! But don't be like me and wear jeans, I highly suggest yoga or sweat pants. For the price this massage really cannot be beat. If I lived in Chicago I would be going here at least twice a month. I got the 60-minute combo half an hour upper body and half an hour feet, but it was a full body massage. Now it was not the kind of massage where you discuss what areas you need work on and what not, but the pressure was fantastic and the foot portion was all about the reflexology! The scalp massage was incredibly soothing. And the neck massage worked out some tension in the muscles while still being gentle. The hot stones were a fabulous surprise as well. I don't have anything negative to say, except my own stupidity for wearing jeans. Again don't be like me. You need to roll your pant legs up to soak your feet and there a small leg massage portion. I have been a customer of Feel Feet Spa of Bloomingdale, IL for years and I never had a problem before when I scheduled an appointment. I would call to schedule an appointment for my friends and I, arrive for the appointment and we were welcomed in with open arms. I scheduled 3 - 60 minutes massage appointments for my Son, My friend and I for Sunday, August 8th at 11 am; the gentleman, with whom I spoke, took my reservation and cell phone number, and confirmed our 3 appointments for this date and time. When arrived for our appointments, about 10 minutes early to check in, 3 other customers were taken in back. We were told they did not have our reservations and we would have to come back at 12:30. We informed the gentleman, who I assume is the owner, we would not be coming back; I know he recognized my friend and I, since we have been regular customers for years. I understand if a scheduling mistake happened on his part, but he made us feel as though we were not valued customers. I will never go back here again! read more

I have been here numerous times. I have had the 60 minute regular massage promotion as well as the 90 minute, hot stone, and I have tried the cupping as well. They were all amazing, some are more rough than others but you just have to let the lady at the front know what you are looking for because she will speak to them in Chinese since some don't speak English but they are very nice and thorough. I absolutely love this place and almost go once a week! You have to remember this is not suppose to be like the massage you would get at heavenly massage. I have done quite a few massages and they did everything from head to toe even though we weren't expecting it. I have been wanting to try a spa like this out for a while now. I saw the Groupon and thought, well for $19 what do I have to loose. When I arrived right on time for my appointment and I was taken back to the large multi service area, and I was the only one there on a Saturday morning. The chairs are extremely comfortable and I was fighting the urge to sleep while my feet soaked for the first few minutes. While my feet were soaking I did hear a few more people brought into the room, but no one was loud or obnoxious - everyone is there to have the same experience. I opted to use my hour all on my feet and I was not disappointed. The massage itself was amazing and I felt like a new person once it was all over.
