So, as soon as you get to the kiosk, it should be available right away. This location is also very clean and tidy. They never have any filth on the floors, the countertops are always clean, and the staff is always looking professional. This business also offers post office boxes for a fee. They provide have the ability to make posters, banners, signs, etc. They have personal computers here and printers, and fax machines as well for people to purchase time to use them. I know that they have a lot of office supplies and I've mentioned that before that they do have a good variety of mail, packaging, office supplies here. I highly recommend this location.

My box was picked up on Oct 6, 2018 and was told that it should be in Manila by the 1st week of December (2 months, which I thought was reasonable). December 6 comes and box has not been delivered yet. I called National City office on Dec 18 to find out the status but kept getting a run around. As other reviewers have noted, Sunrise personnel have a habit of ignoring phone calls. I felt my number was added to a "Ignore List". I ended up driving to their office so I can speak to someone. Ms. Iris (nice lady) called their Manila Office and was given assurance that the box will be delivered the next day (Wed). Got an update on Wed and was told that delivery is now on a Thurs due Manila color coding and that their delivery truck cannot be used on Wed. Thursday came and no box delivery. Visited the office again on Friday and was told thataid their Manila Office has been trying call recipient but was not getting any answer; they need an alternate number. They never called the recipient before, they just delivered the box (must be a new procedure?). I make phone calls (to their cell phones) to Manila (wake up everybody) so they can answer the phone (land line). My sister gets a call an hour later and she is told they cannot deliver today (Saturday) but will deliver on Monday. So I went through the whole exercise of waking up everyone so they can tell them that there will be no delivery, they could have told the National City office that (WTF???). Monday came by and box was not delivered. Have been calling their office and texting Ms. Iris; and as usual, no one answers. Really annoyed now. This is the worst customer service I have experienced. Sunrise does not seem to care about their customers. They also do not seem to have any control of their people in Manila. I will use a different shipping company next time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Sunrise Express Cargo to anyone shipping boxes to Manila. I would have given them 0 stars if possible.

So I must've looked pretty lost while looking for such an outdated apparatus. An employee asked me if I need help, to which I responded "yes, I need to send a fax." He pointed me toward the machine that looked like a regular copy machine and explained that I can fax directly from there. He also mentioned they provide a free cover page. As I was gathering my materials to fax, Miguel, the employee who initially came to my rescue, walked over and showed me step by step on how to use it. He was also very patient with me since I had forgotten my reading glasses. I have to say the customer service was top notch. My only complaint was the price: $9.95 to fax 4 pages to a long distance number. But Miguel's customer service was so great that this experience deserved the five stars.
