A few days later, I noticed I had only received a refund for one item--the one where they scanned the QR code and packaged it. I called the store to check on the second return. The person I spoke with was kind, but I felt like I wasn't getting a clear answer. She advised me to file a claim with UPS, which I did, only to find out that there was no record of the package at all--it had never been scanned into the system. That tells me the package was likely misplaced before it ever left the store. Also no manager was able to help with this situation which is frustrating because I did what I was supposed to do, drop off at a UPS store. I understand mistakes happen, but I was ultimately told there was nothing they could do and that I should contact Amazon for a refund. I hope the store takes extra care to ensure that all returns are properly scanned and that every customer receives a receipt for each package, regardless of the return method. It might also help to have more staff because every time I visit, there are usually only two employees working with a long line, which might be the reason my package was not properly taken care of. RESPONSE TO "OWNER": I dropped off two return packages at your location on the same day but only received a receipt for one of them. The tracking number I provided was the one I received -- for the package that was scanned and returned properly. The second package was never scanned, and I was never given a receipt for it. That's precisely the issue. I did everything I was supposed to do: I brought both packages to your store and handed them over at the counter. So if one package was processed and the other was not, that indicates it was misplaced at your location -- not an error on my part. I even asked if the cameras could be checked, but was told that wasn't possible. I don't need a receipt thanks to Amazon solving the issue and being able to refund me the money that was due to your fault, UPS. It's important to recognize that this was not a case of an incorrect tracking number or failure to drop off the package. The mistake happened after I left it in your care. The owner changed their response twice to my review -- the first was unbelievably rude and inconsiderate, and while I appreciate the second response being a bit more respectful, I can't help but find it unprofessional that two people responded so differently to my negative experience at this UPS store.

The lady behind the counter was so friendly and sweet. Small business vibes! Since I had my label already, all I needed was a box. I was prepared to pay a few bucks for a box and service but she was able to fit my item into a bag which was only $1! No service charge or anything else! I ended up buying a card cover/sticker (super cute designs here!) for only additional $3 ! Definitely recommend coming here for any shipping needs.

While notary and live scan services are on walk in basis, I would highly recommend calling ahead for availability on those services especially if you are on a time crunch. I stopped in on a Friday am around 10:40 to get a live scan done for a license renewal. I also got forms printed, the staff had me email them what I needed printed. They were friendly and prompt. I did have to wait a while to get the live scan done (maybe 20 mins because the owner was on the way there and parking in Cali is a mess) but it was a seamless process and cost $79.00!
