For some reason, a lot of packages are "opened" when you receive them, and items are missing, they lost a Cell Phone, and some Pandora Jewelry, amongst other items. So apparently, it's a gamble sending your mail here, but I stuck around because it only happened a few times. But recently, I was late for my anual renewal payment (I was away on a work conference and was late 5 days) and I was told by the staff that they had "Returned to sender" all of my mail from the days I missed my payment. But unfortunately, they were not Returned to sender. It was a hassle, I had to dispute these purchases because the businesses wouldn't help me, obviously! because my packages were Signed "as received" and they had proof of delivery, and absolutely not their fault. There is also no proof that they were returned to sender at all. Last activity on my tracking numbers is Delivered, signed by: Romo. It really sucks that a US Post Office is keeping packages.

Today I received my Certificate of Naturalization (which was taken away when I applied for my passport) and Im very dissatisfied with the way they handled the envelope. It was folded from the bottom and when I opened it I could see the wrinkles and fold in the certificate. I understand that it is handle by many people before it got to me, but you can tell that was made when the mail person shoved it in the mail slot. He could of left it in the door but no I guess it was easier to shove it in. This house doesn't have a typical mailbox (It is a mail slot in the side wall by the door). This is frustrating because replacing it is expensive $555 to be exact. The department of states should send certificates in a sturdy envelope with a "DO NOT BEND" sign on it (sigh). Just wanted to leave my review nothing is going to be done anyways even if I call and complain about it.

I don't know what quality of service they usually provide here, but in my experience, I bought an item on Amazon and the seller dropped it off at this location and it was supposed to arrive in LA the next day. USPS failed to scan and process the package correctly and it is currently in Ohio ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. Hopefully when it's delivered it won't get stolen off the front porch because I'll be out of town at the time.

I have been coming here since my office relocated to national city and I rally appreciate the speed with which they do their work. For example there was a 10-12 person line today and with 6' distancing you know what it looks like. I was worried it was going to take forever since they only had 2 people working at the cashiers , but to my surprise I was already next within 15 minutes . The staff is always very helpful and trying to make sure your are using the correct packaging so you don't pay more than you should.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Facility is well stocked with Priority Mail and other shipping supplies. Small parking lot but service is quick so spots open quickly. There is plenty of counter space to work on your packages without breathing down someone's neck.

Busiest post office. Need to hire more employees to assist customers. Should also add the kiosk, it'll be easier and quicker too

You need time and patience to visit this post office. The wait is ridiculously long. Picture this:…read morethree counters and only one person assisting customers, customers that have a lineup of questions and need support filling out paperwork, customers that stand in line and then get to the counter for assistance taping their box and labeling it. What I thought would be no more than 10 minutes was almost triple the time. When it was my turn, I was a quick qr scan, print label and done. Service for me was quick and the lady was very nice. She apologized for my wait and thanked me for my patience. I thanked her for her patience. Customer service is not for everyone. Prices are higher for decorative packaging so bring your own. My three stars is for condition of the post office. USPS needs to hire a cleaning company and additional support for restock. This place is filthy and the workers and customers deserve better. There are cobwebs in every corner, visible dust covering the vent, disgusting floor that you need to not only have mopped but stripped and waxed, sanitize surfaces, clean the windows and counters. After a thorough cleaning, keep up with displays, ensure forms and boxes are refilled and available. I doubt after one hour of being open that everything just disappeared. Remove signs off the wall that no longer apply. This location is convenient to work but not my usual post office.

I couldn't tell, but I'd had a rough day and wasn't in the mood for it. At one point he told the other customers that I "walked in like she owned the place." Bro, I simply didn't see the form and said so. I needed help, not be your punchline. What should have been a simple trip to the post office left me feeling shitty. I won't visit this location again.

The review is WAY OVERDUE! Parking is a huge plus, I stopped going to the Post Office on Adams…read morebecause lack of parking. Service is great! Postal agents are friendly and try to get you in an out as fast as possible. Zoci was by herself today at 11:00am on Thursday with a line out the door. She greet everyone and handled the line like a boss. I had one large priority parcel to ship. I was 5th in line and waited less than 10 minutes. I think prices might have increased it was $30+ to ship this priority service parcel. I don't ship often but when I need to I like to come to this location.

The parking lot is fairly small and I think at most I've seen 2 people working the front, even when super busy. With it being the holiday season, I got there right before it opened and was fifth in line -- not the only one with the right idea to show up at 7:50! They opened right on time but surprisingly only had one person working the front even tho the line grew to ten by 8 am. Irony of ironies for me: I stood in line for about 20 minutes total so I could buy postcard stamps. They didn't have any in stock and I was kindly directed to the self serve kiosk, which I could have used when arriving lol. Took it in stride and was able to get what I want. Next time I'm at the post office I will have to see all the things that can be done with that kiosk.
