Was very happy with the cleaning so I went back. The second time I went in to get my teeth cleaned, it was a newer hygienist and she was not prepared. Spent 10-15 min when I first sat down getting her things together. Then after the Dr checked me out, she spent MAYBE a total of 15 min cleaning my teeth. She had made a comment about how good my teeth look, and I think that therefore meant to her that she didn't need to spend time actually doing a deep clean. Which is absolutely not how that works. If I'm spending $300 out of pocket for you to clean my teeth, you'd better be looking in all the little nooks and crannies. I was in and out of that office in under an hour and was very upset at the cleaning I received. I tried to talk to the front desk about it but they were very uninterested and far from helpful. Dr. Snyder and his staff are in that first tier of professionalism. The facility is clean, 5 mins from neighborhood, has easy parking and the most state of the art dental equipment I've personally seen in my 32 years. I think I've seen a total of 6 dentists over the course of my life and I've always just felt like the stuff they are using is higher quality and completely sanitary. That's basically based on no actual facts, but the point is - this place doesn't cut corners. They're also always polite and welcoming and there's never a wait for an appointment.
