I had two fillings done at Cullings and was told I would need FOUR more. I have never had issues…read morewith my teeth before and I was appalled that I would need this much work. My husband had a back to back appt. with mine and he was told he would need three fillings. When they did the fillings on my husband they found "one more" and did a total of 4 for him. My husbands fillings were sensitive for a year and he complained constantly about them. We switched dentists and my new dentist told me that the filling Cullings had done on me were not done right and he would have to REDO them! Also, because insurance pays only for the same tooth to be done every 2 years I had to pay to fix Cullings mistake. The new dentist told my husband that there was no way he needed 4 fillings and that one of the teeth "filled" had been so small that the filling had actually fell out! Cullings is charging insurance for "fillings" that don't need to be done. Find a dentist you can TRUST and if it doesn't sound right get another opinion. I won't recommend Cullings to anyone. Stay away from his big beautiful office, your teeth are paying for it!

I used to be very happy with this office, but they have developed serious problems. One one of my…read morerecent visits, I had scheduled a cleaning and having a small filling. The person blasted through the cleaning, didn't really talk to me or ask any questions. She also used the floss like she was angry at me, tearing up my gums a lot. That didn't used to be a problem in this office but has become that way again. Then she said she was going to have the dentist take a look and then I would be done. I asked about the filling that was also scheduled, and she gave me a blank look. Finally got it sorted out so that I could get the filling done too. That process took a really long time as well, partly because the area where the filling was done it was built up so high the dentist had to grind a bunch of excess off to get my bite to hit properly. A few months later that filling cracked while I was eating and created a huge mess of a few other teeth as I accidentally bit down on the broken piece before I realized what had happened. I have never had a filling crack, especially to that degree. I used to really like this office but I will never go back

The list goes on and on. The staff in the front office is poorly trained. The doctors are looking to make money. The hygienist and dental assistance are very very good but other than that, I would not go to this office. I will never step foot in this office again. it is that horrible with the front desk and with the dentist. They also incorrectly build my insurance, which is insurance fraud.

Impossible to contact the office, have to leave a message. A root canal just last week, few days later not healing as it should. Below is an email I sent the Dr. yesterday. I'm in a lot of pain. Dr R said "Rx called in." I took public transportation to Yokes in the rain, Pharmacist said I do not have an Rx for you! I have a dentist's appointment on Monday at 8. My new dentist found an infection and Rx Sent. The pharmacist was shocked I was sent home after my Root canal with no Rx!
