The care and compassion from Dr Minor was AMAZING; even when the growth returned and we had to make the hard decision to euthanize her. In 2021, we brought our chocolate lab in for X-rays and again experienced AMAZING compassion and service. Fast forward to a month ago. We tried to have the newest member of our pack, our 15 month black lab seen for what seems to be allergies. However, this time I am met with...you have not spent $$$ here in over 3 years, as a result, your pets are NO LONGER patients here and we will NOT accept them back as NEW patients! When I pressed for a why, I was told the "new" owner's policy is if you are not willing to come in annually and pay for a well visit and vaccinations for each dog, your business is not welcome! I cannot stress how SHOCKED we are to hear how little value we and our pets are because we won't agree to annual revenue to the practice. I felt, and it was, like they just simply wanted me to pay $500 for liquids and euthanasia even though they knew she was dying. It was sick and sadistic.
