Since his retirement I primarily see Dr. V, and my dogs absolutely adore him as do I, he is very knowledgeable, kind, caring and compassionate, when I recently had to say goodbye to one of my beloved fur babies, he shed tears right along with me!! Not only are the Vets at Brighton Animal Hospital terrific but their Support Staff and Facility is too! I would highly recommend them for all aspects of pet care and their prices are fair too.

I was working with Dr. Benedetti specifically to resolve my pet's issue and she was an absolute pleasure. As I mentioned, it was a bit complicated, but Dr. Benedetti was always patient, helpful, and extremely warm, which during my stressful time, was very comforting. Her gentle disposition made even my spastic dog feel relaxed (which is quite the feat). The staff in general are just very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. No question insignificant, and always on hand to clarify anything. A special shoutout to the admin staff too - they rock! I had to get several documents faxed into the office and out of it and the admin girls were always on top of it! Calling me if something hadn't come in/couldn't get out. Wonderful customer service through & through. The clinic is also very clean and welcoming for both pets and humans. Treats for the dogs (and cats too I assume) and complimentary coffee/beverages for guests to make the visit even more enjoyable. Five stars 100%!

I arrived earlier than my appointment, it was a rainy day and I was not sure of the area. The sonogram was performed, Danny kept looking around with his big eyes. She was diagnosed at another vet for an ulcer and that left her w a scar on her cornea and I wanted Dr Hall to check if she had another ulcer. He used an otoscope to look and he told me "she's lucky her previous ulcer left her w no scarring". Which is crazy cause you can see the scarring w the naked eye. So.... Yeah I definitely didn't feel confident in his diagnosis and ended up taking her to another vet. He was nice but I think it might be time to consider retirement. 3 stars

The medications were then increased . When we were seen he renewed the medication at the incorrect prior dose . Yes , she looked good due to the increased dosage that she was given earlier , not the lower INEFFECTIVE prior dose . He just dismissed my concerns and renewed her medication at the prior , lower ineffective dose . A waste of time and funds for this visit . I would not recommend this veterinarian as he does not listen to your concerns . Time for Dr . Hall to Retire . Support staff is kind and caring.

Meanwhile my poor cat's over here, still likely with fleas, because both the Webster Banfield is money hungry and doesn't care about the animals or customers they serve.
