They have my dog step on the scale when she enters the building. From there we go immediately into a vacant exam room where we wait for the vet and vet tech. I left anouther vet practice who did not take the care of my dog seriously. The first vet I saw at this practice immediately wanted to Xray my dog's bad front foot. He found out she was walking on bone becasue the original bone break was not taken care of. Sad as that was, it also told the vet what medicines she needed to aviate the pain when she walked. I was with the other practice for over a year and, in addition to incorrectly diagnoses for a cancerous lump, they never botherer to pursue why by dog had an odd shaped front paw and why she favored it when she walked. I wish I could tell you the whole story of the cancer issues. Let's just say I was told that the vet tech at that proctice felt the lump and decided it was a fatty tumor. I was the one who insisted on a biopsy and , guess what. the tumor was cancerous. They were her doctors, her advocates. Yeh, right. The vet practice, that I won't name, is the one that's across route 96 from the dermatology building and in the same block as a paint story.

Costs can be high depending on what is needed and in our case our cat has needed multiple surgeries which adds up over time. The staff here is the main reason we come. The staff is very personable and respectful when handling my concerns. Facilities are clean with plenty of parking to choose from.

They…read morehave refused to step in and help dogs that were chained up outside in temperatures well below zero. In fact dogs have froze to death due to their negligence. They also have lied to animal advocates regarding dogs being kept inside an abandoned "house" without heat, food and water- stating that they were taking a dog that was in a crate and had eaten his way through the side- and was stuck and bleeding, for help. Animal advocates watched them back a van in to "take the dog for medical help" while numerous Rochester PD stood guard on the property. However, it was later learned that they never removed the dog- it was all a staged game. Lollypop takes in thousands and thousands of dollars- pays their board of directors massive salaries and continues to abuse and mistreat animals. STOP SUPPORTING THIS TRAIN WRECK!! THEY ARE USING PUBLIC DONATIONS TO FUND THESE SALARIES-NOT PROTECT ANIMALS. After walking through the above mentioned house - through feces and urine and finding more than one dog in this type of situation, Reno DiDomenico, from Lollypop, stated that they don't take action because nothing is wrong. Since losing him, they've been struggling with loneliness and depression, realizing just how much joy and companionship their dog brought into their lives. They were genuinely excited to adopt up to one year old and went to the shelter ready to give another animal a loving home. Instead, they were told by the woman running the location that they were "too old" to adopt a kitten and should only consider an older cat. My mother explained that several family members would gladly take care of the cat if anything ever happened to them. Despite that, the woman responded, "I've made a decision and the answer is no," and told them to leave. We understand shelters have adoption policies and want the best for their animals, but the lack of compassion, empathy, and respect shown to my grieving parents was heartbreaking and unacceptable. Nobody deserves to be treated that way, especially after coming in with love, good intentions, and a willingness to provide a safe home to an animal in need.

Bow Wow Salon doesn't deserve to be in business…read more My visit was the worst experience I've ever had with a dog groomer. Took my rescue dog for a bath and nail trim. I emphasized I was there mainly for the nail trim and told them in advance he does not like his feet touched but the dozens of groomers we've been to throughout the country (we've lived in 6 states in the past 5 years) have been able to trim his nails just fine. I even brought his muzzle for them to use. First, the groomer called me at 9am and asked if I could bring my dog in at 10:30am instead of my appointment time of 11:30am. I said sure. I dropped him off at 10:30am with the above instructions and they said to come back at 12pm. At 11:15am the groomer texted me saying she was almost done and asked if I could pick my dog up asap because I told her he's not good with other dogs and they don't seem to have the ability to separate dogs after grooming. So I dropped what I was doing and rushed back over. When I arrived, the groomer and owner told me they couldn't do his nails. Even with the muzzle they said he was dangerous and they couldn't do his nails. I was not happy but said ok, how much for just the bath then? They said the price would be $50. I said what?? I was quoted $40-45 for a bath and nail trim. The groomer rudely said, "We charge more for bad dogs. You have a bad dog." I said, I'm not paying more than you quoted me for services I didn't even receive. The groomer and owner started loudly telling me I needed to pay $50 because I have a very bad dog. Absolutely disgusting behavior on their part. I didn't even know where my dog was until I paid $53 for services not rendered. I would rate this groomer zero stars if I could. I have never experienced such nasty behavior from a shop owner. They don't love dogs, they don't know how to handle dogs, and they don't know how to be business owners. They could've avoided this terrible experience and review if they A) Didn't repeatedly call my dog a bad dog and B) Didn't charge me for services not rendered plus more than they quoted to begin with. I will be challenging this charge with my credit card company.

After a very long time of researching breeders I decided that Janelle Cole at bellaminidoodles.com…read moreseemed like the best fit to work with. I found a beautiful puppy listed on the website " Fushia Girl " a mini goldendoodle i spoke to Jenelle 3 times before purchasing. She sent me the invoice for 3,900.00. Once I paid in full she texted me not thanking me for the payment but to complain she forgot to add on the $110.00 processing fee she gets charged when one uses a credit card. Although this was settled once she realized her error Jenelle advised she would pay for this fee along with the " training the pup received " I selected a pick up date see her website she charges $550.00 for pick up in Lee Massachusetts. Once a delivery date was set I received another text from Jenelle advising me to bring $675.00 in cash for the delivery driver. Big difference $550.00 to $675.00. I arrived early that day to pick up the puppy, no delivery company existed it was just her son. I pay the $675.00 was handed the pup and drove home the 2 hours. When finally was getting settled at home I noticed I was given the wrong dog. I also must add this pup was so shaggy, messy, matted and poor thng couldn't see with the amount of hair covering the eyes. I brought the pup to TWO pet specialists and was told this dog is NOT a Pure Goldendoodle this is closer to a Poddle. I contacted Jenelle Cole that same night at 732pm via text, expressed my concern to Jenelle Cole. Radio Silent, No Text, No Phone Call nothing. The next day at 130 pm I finally connected with Jenelle Cole owner of Bellaminidoodles.com. The reply I received " anyone who is not happy with the puppy they receive I always tell them to bring the puppy back to me " I remind her I live in Massachusetts and she lives in Rochester NY a 938 miles round trip. That day I spend 2 hours researching flight nanny, delivery companies, private flights out of the Beverly ma airport, thought about renting a car, looked into taking a bus to NY so many ideas but every idea I had and looked into would cost $650.00 at minimum to get the pup returned to NY. I finally decided I would drive my own car that is a lease to NY. I reached back out to Janelle and ask her if she would kindly return my $675.00 cash from the pick up delivery and I Will agree to drive the pup I have back to her home in Rochester NY. Her reply " I am not paying one penny for your expense to bring the pup back to me this is your responsibility " Text me when you are on your way, and hangs up on the phone on me. The next day at 4:42 am I got in the car and drove to NY. I arrived at 12:35 pm returned the pup back to Jenelle Cole. She begged me not to post any reviews. She asked me if I thought she was being fair I replied NO but showed zero compassion. All I wanted and still want is the delivery fee of $675.00 returned to me. Note again her sketchy website says her delivery fee to pick-up a pup is $550.00 so why was I was charged $675.00 is wild. I returned home that same night at 920pm. I drove 987 miles, drove a total of 14 hours, spent $140.00 on gas in one day a big loss for me. The next day Jenelle Cole texted me showing me pictures of the pup all well groomed saying she has been adopted for $3400. I submitted a complaint with the Attorney general office in NY thankfully they have a Lemon Law for Dogs. Waiting for the outcome, I just want my refund. #1 pic is the dog I purchased, #2 & 3rd picture is how I received the pup, shaggy, messy and not the same dog. Lastly her pups are not " Trained " so please beware and no I do not recommend bellaminidoodles.com. They advertise Goldendoodles but are selling Poodles. Note multiple negative reviews posted on bellaminidoodles.com most concerning her last positive review is not recent dated back to 2019. Could be family or friends posting a positive review.
