Photos help the selection process as well. Rollen Donuts is a super small shop but extraordinarily fresh donuts. While there were none of my favorites (crullers), a couple chocolate bars are a close second. And Wow! Were they good! So fresh, they almost could not be picked up or easily held, my fingers sank right into them. Still warm, and the frosting was generous with a cake-like icing texture. The only issue I felt there was was the cleanliness. When you are standing inside, you can quite literally see years of caked on dirt on some of the not frequently touched surfaces. The lamps probably had an inch of dust built up. Although this isn't the most important detail, it still makes me question the cleanliness of the whole establishment.
