That buyers agreement has $690 in fees beyond the selling price, when I see stuff like that I go elsewhere. If you had not sent me this I more than likely would come to look at it, I work hard for my money and spend it wisely. These fees are all padded to make the dealership money, which your in business to make. I don't pay an admin fee, you have to do that to sell it anyway so why would I pay a padded fee so you can sell it ? I was actually putting my shoes on to come look at it when you texted me this, when I saw the extra $690 I bailed. You may simply say everyone pays this, not me.

Went there Monday to retrieve my packages only to be told by "Norm" that "UPS took them back over the weekend for an unknown reason". After spending an hour on the phone with UPS, they discovered that Norm who signed for and accepted the packages asked UPS to take them back hours before I got there on Monday because they were big boxes. Now the packages are headed to New York and who knows if I will ever get them. They were 3 boxes of wine from Italy. DO NOT USE THIS UPS ACCESS POINT AND NORM SUCKS!

Went to return after buying /installing a Stant product which worked perfectly, always below 195. Waited on by Christina H. who immediately told me I can't return as it was used. I stated that it was defective and was challenged about how this was determined. My reply was my vehicle's temp gauge and the fact that all was okay with the new piece installed. I was then told that she did not like my attitude and tone when being challenged by her. Fact is that there is a one year defective return policy on this product in writing but she tried to make it out that she would do this out of the goodness of her own heart, not company policy. To Christina I respond, if that is all it takes for you to be upset then look for another occupation. Also a good idea to educate yourself on company policy because you just cost your store a long time customer.
