We have not found them entirely trustworthy. We did some work for them as a subcontractor. There were no complaints on the work; we are still in touch with the final customer. Mann Bros. has owed my company $15,000 since March. Kevin Mann has made repeated promises to pay, telling us the check was already in the mail. When contacted several days later, he said it was returned, then promised to send the check again. A few days after that? Guess it was lost in the mail, will write another check. A few days after that ... it's in the mail again. We offer to show up and pick it up? No can do. He's not in the office. No one is in the office. This has gone on for months. A less trusting person might conclude he has no intention of paying. If you want to do business with these people, consider yourself warned. read more

Dave S. Let me start by saying that this should be your only call if you have property damage. We had a hot water tank break and water spread throughout our entire lower level of the house. Kevin Mann and his team were out immediately, surveyed the problem, and brought all hands on deck to start the mitigation process. They had our back dealing with the insurance company, and we were able to get everything that was damaged replaced. The workmanship of every crew that worked on our house was amazing, from replacing wallboard, painting, laying new carpet, and carpentry. Every team that came out was respectful of our home, and at the end of every day, left the house as clean as possible. When the project was completed, we were very satisfied with the work that was done. They added a little class to our humble home. If this is your first time with an emergency restoration, understand that the nature of the business of any restoration company is triage, and emergencies come first. You may get a crew pulled off of your repairs to be part of the all hands on deck during the initial damage mitigation at a new emergency site. I recently experienced storm damage to my roof causing water to get in down through interior walls. With a lack of knowledge on what to do (young, new homeowner), I had the local company Service Master out to dry out and repair the situation. They essentially tore out everything and left me with repairing the mess. Thankfully I passed a Mann Brothers marketing sign at a nearby house performing restoration. I called them and the team was so quick, personal, and explained everything to me. I felt comfortable walking through the steps and they even took care of my insurance in getting me what I needed.
