I was looking at $$$ to get it towed to a shop just to get the problem checked, but then I found out that Equality Auto was a mobile mechanic van that came to you. For only slightly more $ for a diagnostic test than the lowest quote I got from auto shops in Everett, they came to me and saved me the towing cost, which made it a great value in the end (not to mention the time I saved by not having to leave the house or figure out care for my toddler). Trisha was able to fit me in to her schedule even earlier than she thought she'd be able to, and after determining the problem with the fuel injectors, she was able to order the parts and replace them in a timely manner. Some of which had been so picked apart they where just the frames. They had the sheriff's come out and sign off on those and disposed of them in a very timely manner. Very thankful. I saw the other comments and find it very sad that people like to try to leave false nasty comments. The driver does carry a weapon but is very sweet and would never foul the name of the company and is very by the book. If any incidents happened I would choose to see the actual police report before believing any review monsters. I have dealt with this company many times. Never had one bad thing happen or have heard of any until reading those. And i know Fenme Fatow is also highly recommended by scso and wsp.
