24 hour donut stop in chino, we came about 8:30pm. We waited in line for about 7 mins until we were able to place our order. Good selection of donuts and specialty donuts to chose from. It was night time but the place was well lit. You order from outside and the employee is on the other side of the glass/building. $12.99 for a dozen of regular donuts, but we got a mix of about 7 regular donuts and 5 specialty ones and 2 ham & cheese croissants all for about $26. Donuts were delicious, soft and held together. Croissants were a good size cheesy and tasted great. The employee did heat them up for us. The older lady who waited on us was fast and quiet. Taste is usually always good, although once in a while you will get some not-so-fresh donuts. Service is okay, nothing special. Pricing is fair. Make sure you carefully exit and enter the parking lot if your car is not very high. My car's front end bottomed out while entering the lot which is the first time that's happened. Traffic on the road moves very quickly so slowing down very much is sometimes not possible. Basically the location sucks but the donuts are good. read more

This is an excellent donut shop! On Sunday mornings there is always a line of 10-12 people waiting, but the line moves along pretty quickly. They have really unique donuts that you will not find at other shops. Lots of unusual but tasty toppings such as m and m's, fruit loops and similar types. They also have bagels, which are yummy. Obviously, a very popular donut shop with many regulars. This has become a Sunday morning stop for me and I always look for unique and different toppings. I'm not a fan of fancy or exotic glazes or fillings so $0.70 for a glazed donut and $0.70 for a chocolate glazed twisted donuts seems pretty good to me. There's an atm but there's a fee and you need to have over a certain amount to use it. There's an outdoor tables to eat on the side of the building and right in front of the cash register you can pull up in your car, get some donuts and run back into your car. We usually love coming here in the afternoons to get donuts. It's amazing, and the service has always been good. But today we showed up after 6pm and were helped by a Vietnamese lady who said her name was Judy. I asked for a dozen donuts, when I began to ask for the donuts she could not hear me, which I understand there is a small window, so I went to the window to tell her what I would like and walk back and forth to see what they had. When I would ask how many more I had left to add she would say "many more" so I was unsure how many more I should add and kept adding donuts. I could tell already she had an attitude because I asked and she said "what I speak English and you don't understand". Which I did but also would like to know how many more donuts I had left to order. When I went to the "special" donuts she said they would be extra, the dozen would then be $19 and I said that was ok we like to try what they have. By now I was sure I had 12 especially because she went to the counter to charge and the total added to $23 which was ok, but I asked if she could add in a drink and she just pointed at the drinks. Her attitude throughout made me change my mind. THEN she said I wasn't done, I needed to add more donuts, I asked well how many more, she then opened the box and said "here count". There was more than 12 donuts. We left without donuts or a drink to another location because the customer service today was just horrible. I've worked in customer service and in a donut shop, this employee should be retrained. Keeping track of how many donuts are added, behind a window where a customer can't see and easily looses track should be expected, and attitude shouldn't be given if a customer does ask how many are left. We will obviously come back because we love the donuts but also try another place if this lady is working, attitude goes a long way. read more

It's nice to find a donut shop open so late. It's a walk up stand so you don't have to worry about going indoors. The lady working the window was kind and quick. Stop coming here they recycle old donuts, as well as baked pastries as well, the half and half for the thai tea is usually always spoiled, the deli meat is never stored properly as well as the cheese, flies land the donut holes all day and you can occasionally find baby ants on the creullers, they also use the same knife to cut every sandwich then wipe it off on a dirty cloth that flies land on all day as well, they also pick and choose on fancies added to a dozen or half dozen, boss says to charge 2$ per fancy but other employees charge differently..weird. read more

This place is absolutely horrible. I placed an order through doordash and the donuts I asked for they didn't have. I requested a refund and instead they gave me croissants with berries in them. I have a berry allergy. It is very irritating that they would just give me whatever they decided after I requested the refund. I now cannot eat any of the order. I called to pace a complaint and they were very rude. They didn't want to help me at all. They had horrible excuses. Horrible unhelpful service. The location on Riverside Drive has the most and freshest selection. The only items that do not measure up are the muffin; they do not have enough fruit flavor. Been coming to this place for donuts since I was a kid. Donuts were fresh, coffee was good and prices were reasonable. Management changed around COVID time I believe, and ever since it just hasn't been the same. Coffee water and expensive prices. I have been a loyal costumer to this donut shop my whole life . I love this donut shop but I had a horrible experience tonight, my boyfriend wanted to get a root beer so we went & the second my boyfriend got his Drink the lid broke the girl who works nights saw it happen and he went back and asked for another one . She told her manger, he got a new root beer for him and said that will be 2.45 . After they saw all that happen they made him pay AGAIN . it's ridiculous that they even made him pay again not getting his money back or anything as they watched this happen. read more
