Huge, quiet, clean and very friendly people. My daughter had a burger and fries. She was very content. I had chili cheese fries and they were so good! I'm picky with my chili and I really liked it. This place is really big and nice. Their old burger stand is across the street. A little history of them. The good about here is the burgers and fries. The burger got that local char burger shop taste. The fries aren't greasy. The bad is the chilli is way over salted. Mine was over cooked so I might of gotten that chilli that has been sitting instead of thrown away after its hours of sitting. No juice from the chilli. Also, their south of the boarder taco is terrible. Shouldn't be sold here at all. You're better driving to Euclid and finding a taco stand. read more

Not that good at all. I've had many great places and thought by the look of the pictures it would be good. I got a pastrami burger and chilli cheese fries. Pastrami burger was soggy , thousand island sauce more like mayo, pastrami was dry , patty wasn't all that just char flavored. Craving a good burger so it was Troy's or Andy's. First time here and as you walk in it smells like an old fashioned burger joint but atmosphere is modern, calm and nice. They were quick to get my order which I chose a super burger. Double patty, bacon and avocado burger which hands down has to be one the best burgers I've had ever. Everything was fresh and tasted amazing! Order chili fries as the side and drink. Although the chili looked great the chili was overcooked and dry, bummer cause it looks great. We tried the double burger, mushroom burger, and chili cheese fries, everything was fresh, flavorful, and super satisfying. The ambiance was also really nice with chill vibes and a beautiful location that looks like it's right across the street from their old spot. Went on July 11 for breakfast in the drive thru. For the most part that was easy, however when I got home after I took a bite of my sandwich I noticed mold on the bread, I almost puked the bite I had already eaten. I threw away all the other food that I ordered at that point and took back the sandwich. Manager just refunded my money for the sandwich not the rest of the food, didn't even offer to redo it. Disappointed because my coworkers and I would come here for lunch, but after this experience we wont be back. So please check your food!!!! read more

Pastrami sandwhich was soggy, yet the pastrami meat itself was dry. Onion rings overly greasy and didn't have a single onion ring in a ring shape, they were all broken or collapsed into a crescent moon shape. Chili cheese fries were soggy and the chili itself had a strange odor and taste. Was a first time have dried hamburger meat in the chili. My new favorite spot. This restaurant had what I was looking for. The food looked exactly how I envisioned it. Most importantly, it tasted how it's supposed to. The service was admirable. Worst onion rings I ever had. They had to be sitting for awhile and they refried them.

Nice new facility, very clean but the workers are not overly friendly and seem to chit chat and good around with each other a lot. The food was average at best. We came for breakfast, I got the eggs over easy and sausage patties and asked for crunchy but not burned toast - because I don't like soft bread with my deliciously runny yolks. What I was served were medium hard eggs, no runny yolks, dry sausage, and soft toast with one side charred. I kindly asked for over easy eggs and crunchy toast not burned. Andy's had an array of food choices to offer. The building has a modernized look to it. The entire venue was clean inside and out. The utalize a quick counter side service with pagers to let you know your food is ready to pick up. I drove a bit out of my way with my friend to grab a breakfast burrito. (I wanted something different) He got a bacon breakfast burrito and I got the three meats breakfast burrito (bacon, ham, and sausage). The burritos were a good size and came with your choice of salsa, we chose green. The burritos were tasty and the salsa had a but of flavor but wasn't very spicy. The tortillas used were either a bit too big or the burritos needed an extra egg or two in my opinion because it seems like there was an extra amount of tortilla bunched up on one side. Also, the cheese didn't melt very well, maybe pressing the burritos or adding the cheese while the egg mixture is still on the flat top could help it. Their fountain drink selection was great, everything from teas, to piña, to your typical sodas. Other than my couple of preferences I mentioned, everything was great. Finally decided to stop in after driving past this place so many times. Gotta say, the setup is really nice with all the tvs. The staff were friendly and welcoming. If I were going just off vibes and service, it'd be an easy 5 stars. That said, the food didn't quite hit the mark for me. I got the mushroom burger and the mushrooms themselves were kinda bland. Would've loved if the mushrooms had some seasoning to bring out the flavor. I was excited that it came with bacon, but even that didn't really stand out taste wise. Very spacious and modern restaurant with American and Mexican fast food. Perfect if you want a quick bite with reasonable prices. The burritos are massive and loaded. They taste great and have a good amount of meat in them. The sandwiches and chili cheese fries were good as well. The onion rings were on the harder and dry side with not much onion flavor. My family comes here since it's close by. The new location, which is across the street of the original, is much larger and more modern looking. The kitchen area is a lot less cramped for the staff. It also has a drive through as well. The parking lot is larger too. I usually order the gyro sandwich with andys fries which are basically like animal style with lots of grilled onions with 1000 island dressing and melted cheddar cheese. The gyro has alot of sliced red onions, sliced meat, tomatoes, and french fries in a wrap. They also have a skepasti sandwich which is a larger version of it like a gyro quesadilla which I don't see in other restaurants. The wait time is not long and the staff is nice. The restroom is clean and there's plenty of tables. read more

A big selection of burgers and they even make a gyros sandwich. I ordered the mushroom burger with Swiss, fries, and a diet coke. Very good sized portions of both the Burger and fries. This is the new location that opened up right across the street. I have been waiting for this new location to open up! Now there's a drive through which is excellent for convince. I used to go to the old hole in wall location across the street all the time. I love their breakfast burritos but haven't had much else. The hubby, baby, dog and I went to the drive through as we did not want to cook at home for lunch. We ordered the pastrami burger combo ($15) with onion rings and an order on asada nachos ($15). Our total was about $30. The portions were big and more than enough for us to share. The onion rings the burger combo came with was a huge order! The pastrami burger was also loaded with pastrami and tasty. The nachos I must say did leave some to desire... I like actual melted shredded cheese on nachos, not the velveta type cheese. Also, the meat portion was a bit lacking on the nachos so next time I will order something else instead. Drive through was pretty quick and the service was good too.
