The also let you pick from different sauces with increasingly levels of spiciness and have been very good. They also offer sour cream as an options. The taco came on two soft corn tortillas, fresh cut onion, and cilantro. Why do I butcher the simplicity of tacos with sour cream, gauc, and salsa? This taco with three ingredients was amazing! The beef was tender with a mild flavor, the fresh chopped onion and cilantro complimented the beef nicely. No condiments needed! The sopes was on thicker corn tortilla with the edges turned up so the filling didn't fall off. It was packed with refried beans, seasoned chicken, lettuce, tomato, and sour cream. While not as simple in flavors as a taco with three ingredients, it too, was amazing! The chicken was in a light red sauce, not dripping wet, but tender. It was hard to tell if the refrieds were fresh or not, but they tasted authentic either way. The lettuce was shredded thinly, and the dollop of sour cream was just enough, not too little, not too much. I will eat from Rosa's again!

Mannino's Cannoli Express are the best I've ever had. I was first introduced to the owner, Gabriella, last November at the Pitman Food Truck Festival where she insisted that I try out her latest offerings. I was absolutely floored! The shells have just the right amount of crispness and the cream has the perfect balance of texture and flavor. Each one was a work of art; the pumpkin flavor was a Rembrandt. Fresh pumpkin is prepped with cinnamon, whole cloves, all spice and then roasted until golden and soft. The pumpkin is then puree'd and then folded into their vanilla ricotta mixture. Mannino's is a family business, one that Gabby, has been in since she was a little girl. Her father, Vito Mannino, owns several eateries himself and was the one responsible for showing her the ropes starting when she was young. Her fleet currently consists of 3 cannoli carts and trailers in the South NJ region. When I read the announcement that she was opening a storefront, however, I was beyond excited! I always make it a point of trying to eat locally and support small businesses where I can. When the quality of product is hitting the level that Gabby is, it makes that effort much easier. What a disaster! I asked for two regular cannolis and I asked for one to go and one to eat. I asked them for the price when they told me I had to ask again. I couldn't believe the price over $6 for each cannoli. I asked if that's the right price and the lady got rude with me. That was very unprofessional. I paid for my cannolis, went to eat it, I was very disappointed. As I bite into the cannoli I could feel the sugar as I was chewing. The shell was lousy. Far from your average cannoli. Went to Mt Carmel Festival and decided to try out Mannino's Cannoli Express. Mannino's I must say is very pricey. I was hoping that the quality would compensate for the price. I was intrigued to try the Sicilian cannoli shell. Did not like the shell at all. It had an after taste. The cream was okay. It was a so so Cannoli. Most unbelievable flavors I have ever had. Your tastebuds won't be bored no matter how many times you get cannoli from this truck. I have had original, mint chocolate chip, Tiramisu, Strawberry, Blueberry, Chocolate, Nutella, and even Maple Bacon (not all at the same event!) Unfortunately, several of the other items fell short in terms of flavor. The cookies were impressively large and attractive, but they lacked depth of flavor and sweetness. The apple cake was extremely dense and heavy, and the caramel-colored glaze had hardened significantly--so much so that by the next day, the cake was nearly inedible due to its hardness. That said, I do plan to return and try a different selection, and I will update this review after a second visit. While this first experience wasn't memorable in a positive way, I truly want this business to succeed. I would love to have a standout bakery closer to home, and I'm hopeful that with time and refinement, The Bakeshoppe can get there.
