The customer service is some of the best I've ever experienced. You can tell that the owners of this company genuinely care about their clients. They have a business to run, but they want a win-win for all involved, and their actions and their words back this up. The deals were so good, and the customer service was so genuine and on point that I ended up getting a refrigerator too. I'm so grateful to find a resource like OBA.
