I could have bought brand new but I had some high quality flex steel pieces from my mother i wanted to keep. I called and checked different upholstery places in Orlando and Raggio was the one that came back to me the quickest. They weren't the most expensive and they were't the least but they had a great customer service and even hand delivered the fabric options. They were very responsive on e-mail (Julie!). I selected a performance fabric and couldn't be happier. They picked up my furniture (Roberto) at no charge and within a couple of weeks, I had a wood sofa, arm chair and ottoman and several pillows made. It was delivered in clear wrapping. The quality of the bolting and stitching was so good and they sewed zippers on the pillows. I plan to use them again for future projects. Why buy new when you can refresh what you have?
