He quickly got the salt cell replacement going under warranty (no cost to me!) and spec'd out an automation setup. That night, received the quote with a timeline to get the parts/ installation. Price was right. Brian got everything installed and running very quickly (and on time) and was super communicative / timely throughout the process. I also liked that he was able to set a time for a meeting, not a half day time window like so many do (and fail to meet). It was a breath of fresh air having someone promptly call you back, setup meeting times and meet them, do the work as promised and on time. It's the way it should be! He answered my call and proceeded to try and troubleshoot for about an hour (without even working for us). Such a kind gesture. Following this, Eddie came by to check out our pool and see if he could figure out what was wrong. Turns out our current Pool Guy was treating our pool as chlorine and it had a saltwater system (something I regularly questioned our normal Pool Guy but was routinely dismissed) Eddie and his guys came by a couple of times and completely reset our system. Saving us from having to buy a brand new pool heaters, which we had just bought two years ago. Our pool is now functioning perfectly and looks amazing, and is actually saltwater again.
