In that time they sold the car to another person without having paid off my bank and gettin the title, they made me get a late monthly payment and charged a late fee and more than likely put a dent in my credit and everytime I tried to contact the manager he was either unavailable or ignored my calls. Within three weeks of buying my car, I'd already maxed out on AAA service calls. The battery was dead, the fuel pump was busted and...two weeks later - a sensor was shredded. Yes, they "fixed" the car each time, and graced me with rickety loaners, but good intentions are thoroughly meaningless when their mechanic is incompetent. Three months later, I took it to another mechanic - a good mechanic who didn't go out of his way to tell me how much everyone in town wanted to screw me because I'm a girl - who surmised my car needed about $2500 worth of repairs, including new brakes, which were down to the metal (I hardly think I wore my brakes out in three months), a new radiator hose, and a lengthy laundry list of annoying fixes, while pointing out that whomever worked on the car beforehand attempted a handful of lame, lazy and dangerous jerry rigs that were only doing more damage to my already sickly car. When I followed up with Tim, one of the owners, he told me that unless the car makes a funny noise or drives wonky, they don't actually check them for safety or reliability. Yes, a tough lesson learned on my part. Don't make the same mistake I did - either go elsewhere to buy your car, or have a real mechanic check it out AND maintain it.

The drivers seat and touch screen were in different positions then when the car was received, and whoever moved the vehicle left black smudges on the door handle and seat. This is totally unacceptable. A high class respected dealership would never return a vehicle in this condition. Unfortunately it's Santa Fe's only BMW option.

I'm only writing this review to protect others from this company, and specifically from this store…read morein Santa Fe. I only got as far into the experience as ordering a car that was shipped from their Nevada Store. When it arrived in Santa Fe I discovered the truly underhanded and bizarre extent they go through to lie, obsfucate, and take your money. Only when I asked to see the car's history did I see that the car I had ordered had been in 3 collisions within 2 1/2 months, 2 of them severe. When I saw this, I immediately reversed course, and because they had not disclosed this, I asked for my deposit back. I was told they don't refund deposits. And that's when the store's manager, Ben/Benjamin/Benji Peters, got involved. He became unhinged when I said I was never told it was a salvaged title, and I wanted my money back (not to mention the car was dirty, had missing bolts and broken parts under the hood, and not a drop of coolant in it). Because I rightfully raised these concerns, Mr. Peters took it personally, immediately slammed his hands on his desk, began making a bizarre scene, and ordered me "out of HIS store". When I protested I wasn't leaving until I got my deposit back, he threatened to call police. I'm 64 years old, hardly a threat, and I wasn't even raising my voice. For him to react this childishly was a shocking display of unprofessionalism, to say the least. I did leave, but have since contacted their corporate office, and plan on taking this as far as I need to to get my deposit returned to me, and voice my concerns over Mr. Peters' behavior.
