Within three weeks of buying my car, I'd already maxed out on AAA service calls. The battery was dead, the fuel pump was busted and...two weeks later - a sensor was shredded. Yes, they "fixed" the car each time, and graced me with rickety loaners, but good intentions are thoroughly meaningless when their mechanic is incompetent. Three months later, I took it to another mechanic - a good mechanic who didn't go out of his way to tell me how much everyone in town wanted to screw me because I'm a girl - who surmised my car needed about $2500 worth of repairs, including new brakes, which were down to the metal (I hardly think I wore my brakes out in three months), a new radiator hose, and a lengthy laundry list of annoying fixes, while pointing out that whomever worked on the car beforehand attempted a handful of lame, lazy and dangerous jerry rigs that were only doing more damage to my already sickly car. When I followed up with Tim, one of the owners, he told me that unless the car makes a funny noise or drives wonky, they don't actually check them for safety or reliability. Yes, a tough lesson learned on my part. Don't make the same mistake I did - either go elsewhere to buy your car, or have a real mechanic check it out AND maintain it.

Receipt read complimentary inspection. Where are the results? None because they damaged something. The car isn't functioning properly. They immediately said it is completely unrelated to the work they did. The car had the problem when they gave me the keys and before I could even get into the car. I had to climb through the passenger side and drive the 50ft or less from the parking spot to the bay to tell them. They wanted me to pay to diagnose the problem they caused. Continued to say the guy that parked my car and left the driver door locked and unable to unlock and the passenger and rear doors unlocked not able to lock with manual key or fob said there was nothing wrong when he had the car so even though it didn't leave the lot it must be my problem. The dash time and temp keep randomly switching from Fahrenheit to Celsius and back again and the radio randomly switches to Sirius radio. I left them the car because it can't be locked and not safe. They have only repeatedly told me it is unrelated while still not able to tell me what is causing it. They are determined to stick to their story regardless of implausibility and lack of car diagnosis.

We purchased a 2024 Jeep Rubicon at a great price. Jessica took her time and answered all of our questions. We never felt rushed. This is how the purchasing experience should always be. Visit them and have David or Richard set you up with one of their great salespersons. In a prior visit, we dealt with Gilbert, who reminded us that he didn't get paid by the hour, and refused our request to take a test ride of a vehicle similar but not exactly what we were looking for unless we could provide some assurance that we would "most likely" purchase the vehicle. Salesmanship 101: Always cultivate your customer. If they don't buy today, treat them well and they may come back and purchase another time. Cultivating a customer should always be "worth your time". Fortunately, David called me the next day, on speakerphone with another manager and a few others to apologize for Gilbert's treatment of us, and assured us that this is not how their salespersons are trained to treat customers. I'm so glad David called and remedied the situation. David was sincere. You could tell he was genuinely concerned, not just due to my original review. The dealership, David and Jessica have my respect and have earned a loyal customer. Today was a win-win day.

We brought her car in for an oil change and service, driving 1.5 hours from where she lives to do so. They do not provide loaners or offer Ubers/lyfts, so I rented a car for the day. When we got the car back, at the end of the day (just before I had to return the rental!), it had not been washed, and the requested service had not been performed. Then, on the way home, the check engine light came on. For the next appointment, I brought it back myself. They said it would be 1-2 days. Cautiously optimistic, I booked a hotel room... still no word. I stayed a second night, and still didn't hear back. We have called and left two messages waiting for an update, and I am on my way to rent a car so I can drive back to her. It seems pretty problematic that getting a car serviced is ending up this costly (when you factor in the commute, time without a car, inability to get home for days, etc.). At the very least, they could provide us with timely updates. I am young enough that I can manage, but it seems downright unethical for them to hypothetically put an elderly woman in this position. She wouldn't have the option of not getting home, and there would have been no way for her to get a ride that she could afford. The were mildly apologetic about "forgetting" to complete the service we had requested the first time, but this type of mistake is hugely inconvenient (and would have been very risky for my mom to handle) when you are the only dealership within 2 hours. Please get it together, Jeep. I just want my mom to be safe, taken care of, and not to have her financially exploited and inconvenienced for what should be a standard repair service. You really need to provide loaners.
