Often here for a stroll or just to relax and sit in one of the gazebos. The park is on the Sound with views looking south of sail boats and Port Washington in the distance. Peaceful and tranquil. The town did a great job of refreshing the paths and blending the stone and masonry to compliment nature.

Great place to walk near the water for sunset and to see the boats on the dock! You can also walk your dog here or have a picnic with friends or family. There are several gazebos you can sit and fish or just have a meal.

I was staying nearby visiting NY and I came across this beautiful park/beach. There were plenty of free side street parking. A part of this beach is private for members. I wish there was a public beach with sand too but I only saw one marked as private. There is a nice walking path to a gazebo overlooking the waters. All in all, a nice place to visit and chill while watching the water and many boats.

If you are local, and never been to Larchmont Manor Park & Beach, you should come here. If yo are not local, come anyway. The park is gorgeous. The mix of the ocean and the rocks is something I can stare at for hours. No need to wait to wait for the spring or summer, beauty is there all the time. Any season. Simply a beautiful place. But if you can, sunset. The colors will amaze you. So far for the good part which is the park. The down side: Seems like every year they add more and more restrictions and rules that prevent from the visitors to fully enjoy it. I mean I get rules and restrictions to protect the place. But I have an idea for you who make the rules: Close the park, I am sure it will save the place... Amazing place. Worth coming to even from far away.

Amazing place. I have great memories of this place as I used to go there all the time in the summer (probably everyday!) I highly recommend. However, the last time I went to the beach part (I go to the park for a walk sometimes) was in 2013, so I am not sure if they changed much.

My dog had the greatest time here. I wish I could post videos of how happy and free he was. He ran in and out of the water, and chased aside other dogs. By the time he got into the car he was totally exhausted.

A wonderful time. Went there for a a little while to snap some photos on a Saturday afternoon. Getting there was a cinch. Parking was a bit of a pain. According to the website, the park is privately owned collectively by the residents of Larchmont, and there are a few rules to be followed. There was nothing too restrictive. Since there is no lot, parking is on the residential streets which have some limitations. On a nice Saturday afternoon, I found legal street parking about 4 blocks away or so, which isnt bad at all. The views there are spectacular. The park is extremely well kept. Some of the parks of Westchester County require a fee or proof of residency, but not this one. This park is truly a great gift by the people of the town. I recommend all to visit to take in the lovely views...though be sure to follow the rules :)

GREAT BEACH, AWFUL GOVT…read more You can park a couple blocks away, then take a fun, 20-minute ferry ride from Greenwich Harbor. The island includes a slightly-rocky beach with shaded benches; a park area with a playground, BBQs, and picnic tables; and restrooms and a snack bar. Cost, not incl. parking, can be up to $19 per person aged 5-64 y.o.. But Greenwich govt. is a joke: odd policies, inconvenient requirements, key info either missing or buried on website. Make sure you get a Park Pass before doing anything else. To board the ferry, you need not only a ticket, but also a Park Pass - which isn't sold at the ferry ticket counter. They're sold only at various civic centers, located 3-5 miles away, and *not open on weekends*. Also, the Parks & Rec webpage on Park Passes doesn't mention cost; you have to look at their Ferry PDF. Then consider parking at Horseneck Parking lot. On weekends, it's free. A parking attendant advised this, and it was corroborated by a sign at Horseneck indicating that the lot was reserved for Greenwich residents with the "G" permit on M-F 9a-5p. As of this writing, the Parks & Rec webpage cites only the parking lot across from the ferry, which the aforementioned parking attendant advised can cost up to $35 per car. The most recent Parking dept. press release with news about these lots doesn't mention this cost. A ferry ticket is up to $12 per person aged 5-64 y.o.. Parking-it is $40. At the kiosk it is $7...maybe you have to buy a ticket in the website that doesnt work or by the phone number that no one answer's?
