She helps keep the flow of the office going and is always kind and professional. Dr. E and Taylor have both been amazing and a master in their craft. I can tell they care so much about the well being of their patients. I am not an easy adjustment due to the longevity in my career, but they have both been amazingly successful. While their chiropractors are decent, their customer service is lacking. After a single visit, I was accidentally charged. I have now called numerous time to have this extra charge removed and have been unable to get it resolved as the district manager will not return my calls. read more

In May I had a problem with my neck. The chiropractors were able to resolve it in the first few visits. I signed an autopay agreement with them for $89 per month. After the first few visits, I asked them to cancel the auto pay. They said I had to come in to do that. I did. they assured me that there would be no more charges. Since then they continue to charge my account. In June and July, I have had two more charges. I cannot get them to stop. Don't sign any autopay agreements with them! read more

I have since returned to The Joint, out of necessity and convenience. My two visits at their Mansfield location have been far better than my previous visits, thus the rating revision. I really do think once you find a doctor at their facility that you know does a good job, you just have to make sure that doctor is on before just showing up and hoping for the best. Dr. E in Mansfield is fantastic! I was told that I had a degenerative bone disease, bone spurs, and needed to have surgery to fuse my neck in two or three different places. I had lost about 40% feeling in my fingers and my hand, and at age 51 was beyond frustrated after a 17 year old plowed into the back of my car 2 years ago. I've been suffering with this kind of pain and problem ever since. Dr E listen to my concerns took a look at my MRI and told me that he couldn't fix the problems that had occurred but could possibly restore some blood flow to some of the areas I was losing feeling in by manipulation and hopefully get me some relief from pain. This could potentially avoid surgery at least for a while if not inevitably. After the first session I had almost all feeling back in my hand, and some of the pain in my back and subsided I've continued to go with him for a couple of months now and I am virtually pain-free! I still have a few setbacks from my negligence... bending and lifting things that are too heavy because I'm overly excited that I finally get back to my life after 2 years! Haha! But if you're looking for a great chiropractor who listens to you and is genuinely trying to help you and your well-being, this is the guy, this is the place to go! read more

Dr Najha Wilson was the Chiropractor! FYI This doctor adjusted me at your location, had made me bedridden for exactly 6 days and had to be admitted in the hospital! I have records showing I was hospitalized! When I came in, I was on vacation with my family. I am an active person, I was moving around fine, excited to go on my vacation, it was just a minor little neck adjustment. Evidently, she didn't know how to adjusted me, her adjustment hurt to where it took my breath away in pain! I have never went to a chiropractor, and had such a bad experience as I did with her!! if you don't know what the hell you were doing they don't adjust people period !!! I'll be honest, this is not a sit down and know you type of place. I actually appreciate that. I have gone to a few places in the past for months at a time, I always felt like someone was trying to sell me something else. This place is also super quick. I can usually get in and out in 10 minutes. Cons: different chiropractors working on different days. No X-rays taken so they just go off their own assumptions. read more

Horrible so called Dr! Nate was the worst ! Now I have been going to the Joint for over a year!! Experienced some great chiropractors and some ok ones. But Nate took the cake. He was abrupt and gave no warning with his jerky I'll timed movements ! After a few adjustment I had had enough, I just got off the table told him that was THE WORST! Horrible experience! I proceeded to tell the receptionist to cancel my membership . She slid me a note that that had happened before! I won't be back! Not even with them calling me offering a few free sessions!! I've been coming throughout my pregnancy and I can DEFINITELY get relief from my lower back pain when I come in weekly. I have the monthly plan which here is $79 a month but you get four visits so it's about $20 a visit. This is a great deal and gets the job done. They do not bill your insurance however. For my first pregnancy, I went to a chiropractor who specialized in maternity care. While the care I received there was fantastic and included massages and extra things that were nice and was covered by insurance, it was still a $50 copay each visit. I could only afford to come in twice a month. I definitely prefer the ability to come in more frequently. I've seen multiple chiropractors at this location and all are great. read more

Be careful, once you try to cancel your membership it is a nightmare. I went in and tried to cancel my membership. I dealt with the area manager. He asked me to talk to one of the therapist so that I could cancel. All this was, was a way to get me to not cancel. After reaffirming that I wanted to cancel, they made me fill out some paperwork and told me that it was cancelled. After 6 months of getting charged and calling multiple times it still hasn't been credited. As a matter of fact, it was charged again. I have spoked to a "Lead" that said that it would be credited. I have asked that the General Manager or the area manager to call me or give me their contact information and no one has called. I am not sure why people just don't do what they say they are going to do. read more

Don't wait to now!!! I'm one gal who just is afraid of needles and of course that bone crunching sound! However I have come to love this place! I can't remember the gals name but she was so welcoming and Dr Le made the 5 minute process a breeze. I was able to turn my back all the way. LOL. I was miserable for a week with shoulder and back pain. You definitely need to take up on the monthly package and go once a week! Went in for a normal adjustment and the front desk girl told me I not only had to fill out a full page in regards to COVID, but I also had to complete an entirely separate page every 30 days. When asked why every 30 days, she rolled her eyes and said because my boss told me to. I then asked if I can simply refuse because my back hasn't changed and I was only there for maintenance. She got an attitude and bark "we will not see you if you don't fill out this form." I then asked to cancel my membership and she put away all paperwork, rolled her eyes again, and informed me id have to go back to the original place where I signed up and that they would not assist me. I asked for the corporate number and she only gave me her bosses email- not even the manager or owner, just her immediate boss. I went in with back pain. Dr powers popped okay but at one point i felt i had to catch my breath before the next popping which he didn't let me do before he had unexpectedly done so. He fidgets too much and when talking you can barely understand what hes saying. Upon walking in the place stank like a mens locker room just BO. Turns out it was him. Other times ive been there it doesn't smell at all because hes not there! I do highly recommend dr lee and kate 10/10. You will walk outta there feeling like a new person. read more

She was so kind and informative. I will definitely be back in a couple of days for my second adjustment and to purchase a wellness plan. Dr Brown is fantastic. Went for the first time as a new patient and they got me in and out in less than an hour which is usually unheard of at most chiro offices! They are also very very affordable for someone that doesn't have health insurance!! Dr Brown made me feel very comfortable and really got to know my history and what was bothering me. When I came back for the second time, it was just the same and she even asked me about stuff we had talked about at my first appointment, which I appreciated because I know she sees a lot of clients! Doctor David is amazing. He is very kind, and thorough in his treatments. After I sustained an injury to my ribs, he has worked gently and diligently with me and is helping me recover. He is the only doctor I will see there, because he is the best chiropractor I've found in a very long time. Went several times didn't help with pain. Dr. David didn't even adjust where I was in pain. Rushed me out the door and didn't update chart notes so when I went to a better doctor in the office she had not clue what he did previously. I went because my SI joint was angry and just needed a little adjustment. Lori (front desk) was wonderful and made the process smooth and easy. I'm giving 3 stars because I felt like Dr Le hyper-focused on my history of migraines instead of what I was there for. I explained to him that I see a neurologist and get Botox treatment (which has literally changed my life!). I got a lecture on how he isn't a Botox fan and how I need to evaluate the long term effects and find a different treatment. I, again, explained that I had educated myself and am very happy with my treatment. I did get adjusted and it was okay, but I doubt I'll be back to this location as long as he's the only chiropractor there. read more

The Joint is a great place to get a quick adjustment with no appointment necessary....they are reasonably priced and give veteran's discounts!! I love that they are open even on weekends, too! My favorite chiropractor there (they have different ones on different days) is Dr. David Laing, D. C. He's there on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday. Dr Reynolds is personable and professional. My 3-yr old son loved the adjustment and I felt an immediate difference after my adjustment. This is simply a wellness clinic. If you need your back adjusted and cracked they're great, but they're not equipped to handle more serious chiropratic issues like severe sciatica. The staff is very friendly and they seem eager to help but they just don't have the necessary equipment to help those with bigger issues than needing an adjustment. read more
