Having had no success with several other area plumbers for a leaky Roman tub faucet, Richard at Jolly Rooter referred me to Mike for help. Mike was able to quickly diagnose the issue and knew exactly what to do in order to fix it. He went, what I feel, was above and beyond to fit me into his schedule. With no trouble at all he was able to swap out the defective cartridges in my faucet and the whole thing was good as new. I have a small salon in a very old home & actually the lines & basically everything with the plumbing needs to be replaced. When my bathroom sink plumbing started leaking I tried a number of different strategies to repair it myself. In the end I just shut both the hot and cold water off. From now on I'll just call Mansfield Plumbing. When I spoke to the owner/operator, Mike, I mentioned I also had a small leak at the kitchen sink and a new faucet to install. Although he wasn't certain he'd have time to do both he worked very efficiently and managed to get both jobs done in the narrow window of time we had scheduled. I was so impressed with his work, I've scheduled an appointment to have the 18 year old water heater and recirculation pump installed rather than wait for it to give out. On a random Thursday and for no discernable reason, our shower wouldn't turn off! The value turned it on fine but then stopped working entirely for any attempts to turn off the shower. In our manic (and unsuccessful) efforts to solve this problem, we called every plumber we could find. Mike was here in less than an hour and solved our problem even faster. Or inviting him over to dinner anyway he did a wonderful wonderful job fixing my. Watermain even under adverse conditions. Mike came out to provide tankless water heater maintenance. He was on time, knowledgeable and explained in detail what he was going to do. He was quick, thoroughly cleaned up afterwards and reasonably priced. It's the big things (knowledge, pricing, prompt, communication - all of which he excels) but it's also the little things. It's a relatively new construction and he noticed that there was a plastic plug (instead of copper). While he could've left it, he knew it was good to change to copper. He had the plug with him, and while it likely didn't cost much for the part, he didn't charge me (even though I offered to pay for it). I highly recommend him! read more
