Do not use this company…read more We had gutters and some new roofing installed by this company in early summer '13. The job took longer then anticipated and was not finished. Although what was installed appears to function appropriately. We paid for a completed job but never received one as they left a month after work started and vanished. We were unable to track down the owner without using covert methods of pretending to be a new customer. The owner wrote us off with promises to come back. We continue to try the owner to no avail. Both through email and phone. The amount we over paid was only around $500 therefore we decided not to pursue him in small claims court. Be warned these guys are shifty and not to be trusted. They also made a massive mess when working. They put huge scratches in an outdoor finished deck and broke our gate on two separate occasions. They gutter world website claims there is a 'warranty' - good luck with that. It's a shame, these guys were very kind when they started working. So to just vanish is pretty disciple. If you are out there Wyatt and want to honor the job - please call!!!

UPDATE 4/20/23 Well,…read morehe apparently showed up almost 3 hours late and was surprised we were not home (we gave up on him and went for a walk) and he had to leave. He later texted and said he'd forgotten his mobile phone so could not call me to let me know that he'd be very late. But, this gets better. His estimate shows no details or mention of how or what prep he will be doing like flashing, sealing, drilling into my metal roof or any specifics at all. It's all verbal only from him so there's no documentation of what he'll actually do versus what he says he will do. He denied things he had told me verbally that he'd be doing for the job. I then called his bluff and said, no problem, can you rewrite your estimate with clear details about what you will be doing for this job (sealing, flashing prep, etc). At that point he said he was not going to touch our roof and would not do the job. What this meant to me is he is great for verbal promises, but, he won't dare put anything in writing. We had the work done by another installer a week later and WOW, it was a perfect job and there was no drilling required into our new metal roof! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Well, we got a quote for installing new guttering. We had a metal roof and he wanted to drill through it to install flashing all the way along front and back of house. I asked about leaks and if he used Roofing screws with neoprene rings, the same as was used to install our new metal roof. He dodged the question and just said they'd seal where the screws were,..that basically indicated he was not going to use the correct self-sealing metal screw. We let it ride for the time being. He said about two weeks to get back to us. On week three I contacted him and he gave us less then 12 hours to be ready the next day. I postponed due to conflicts and we decided the next day would work instead. i then contacted him the evening before he was due to come. He'd said he'd be here for 8am initially , but, asked if he could make it for 11am instead as another priority job had to be done first thing in the morning. So 11am came and went and he never showed up, never called us and did not respond to 2 TEXTs or calling his mobile at 11:30am. As of 2 1/2 hours later past his due arrival time, he never replied at all. I then told him in a final 3rd text (confirmed delivered) if he'd agree to detail on our quote and sales agreement that he'd use the correct self-sealing roofing screws so our 20 years roofing warranty would not be voided due to incorrect drilling and wrong (non-sealing) screws being used (leak issues). He of course, did not reply to that either. Suffice to say, if Verdon Gutters drops the ball to even show up as promised, nor even contact a customer they'll be late or can't make it, what's the chances of getting them to come back for issues with materials or their installation? About zip I'd have to say. Anyway, given the poor experiences of others either before or after the work was done, I guess we were very fortunate to not have this work out as planned. Lesson learned in time and highly suggest to avoid this installer!

Jeff and Nick exceeded all of my expectations! Although they are located in Northern Vermont,…read morethey came all the way out to Bethel, ME. The local Maine HomeAdvisor recommendations never even contacted me. Jeff used lasers to make sure the slope was right on a very long run. The attention to detail really impressed me. One example are flow diverters on walls to keep the water from going to the house. Also, how beautifully the down spouts were directed to "flow" with the house. They really care that you are satisfied. I have not seen that in a contractor in awhile. The gutters look great. Jeff even made 2 barrel diverters for our house. The gutters and down spouts are held to the house by brackets, not long nails that come loose and accelerate the rotting of wood. And there are a lot of them. We also got the roof extenders to keep the water from dribbling between the gutter and the wood. And we got the FlexxPoint covers for maintenance free gutters. If anyone wants to see some pictures of our project and the attention to detail ask Gutter Solutions for my email address. One neighbor was so impressed that they asked for a quote and Gutter Solutions went right over to their house right after they were finished with mine. This company was an absolute lifesaver!…read more I had recently gotten my gutters installed by another company. The other company did a shoddy job. After a torrential downpour where the water was not going through my gutter properly, I called Northeast Seamless Gutters and spoke to Lori. Even though I'm just outside of their geographical range, they agreed to check out my gutters the next day. When Mike checked my gutters, he found three inches of standing water. He did a thorough inspection of my entire gutter system. In the most problematic area, he repitched my gutter, attached it where it had been left unattached, sealed it, repositioned the flashing so that water would be diverted towards my gutter, and removed a vinyl circle that had been left inside my downspout. He also extended another downspout that was too close to my A/C unit, and put a whole new gutter on top of my shed. All of this was done for a very reasonable price. Thank you so much!

We were looking to have all of our windows and screens cleaned inside and out. I called and left a message with my request. My call was returned within a few hours. We then communicated by text which was very convenient. Cody was able to get us an appointment within the week which we appreciated. We are pleased with his work. He came on time.
