That's why I went with them! No complaints about customer service and we were working with a tight budget. But after they wrapped up the basement, issues arose with both the kitchen and bathroom. Both sinks kept leaking, I reached out and even after two attempts to fix them - they still leak. And recently, the grout in the shower began shrinking and cracked, leading to a leak in an adjoining closet. My basement wasn't a walk in the park. Old house, lots of problems. So I do appreciate the efforts made by Mehl Brothers to promptly address and rectify any issues. However, I wouldn't feel comfortable asking them to come back and fix anything. Now I'm shelling out more cash to fix what they couldn't.

Many people advertise that they work Essex County but tell them the property is in Newark and they change their tune.
