To rent it was $600 starting at 8am to midnight. - Kitchen with two working fridges - Provides table and chairs - In a good area without too much going on Cons: - The whole place needs to be updated. I paid $120. - $150 for a cleaning fee and $500 cash deposit - Bathrooms were not clean and felt really dirty to be in - Chairs are really old and beat up - Smells old I would definitely recommend for a baby shower or something not too fancy. The occupancy is only up to 120 people. Not recommended for a wedding or a quince. Honestly, you get what you pay for. You can make it look real nice if you decorate it enough.

The way she comes off and speaks to you, you'd think she owned the place and is doing you a favor by renting it to you. She is not the owner I wonder if the owners know how rude and unprofessional she is, the numerous reviews don't lie it's a fact. The hall is nice and had all we needed from a banquet hall including bar, bathrooms, kitchen, stage, AC and parking. The parking lot is very small and is shared with the other hall next door. It took Isabel 5 months to return my deposit I gave her months before my event in cash. I had heard from other people she keeps most of the deposit claiming the cleaning was not done properly I chose to pay them for cleaning. They would keep part of my deposit for cleaning and I wouldn't have to do the cleaning that night and deal with her and her demanding ways. I thought this would save me some time to get my deposit but I was wrong. I Left her numerous voicemails and called her many times and nothing. She is also very rude and difficult to deal with I didn't want to book it after meeting her but my niece insisted she wanted that hall. She has all kinds of rules, restrictions, clauses and limitations for you but gives no type of accommodations to the client. She is comes off very off putting and has a demanding way of speaking. Not nice or professional I would not rent this place again and will not recommend to anyone. There's a lot nicer halls in town than this place for the same price. Go elsewhere, where they actually want to do business and don't treat you like lower class individual.
