Brought my car in to do an alignment and put on my new tires I had ordered and also had to do a tie rods as well pat took care of everything for me with professionalism and light hearted jokes (helped make the time go by faster) he had to order my tie rods which took a day to get but once they got them in I came in and had them put those on so they could do my alignment now my car drives straight and true thanks to these guys I highly recommend them if you want someone to give u respect and take care of u the proper way then come here but just like anywhere don't disrespect people who are working on your car I seen in a few comments on here for a previous review about a ignorant dude drinking alcohol in his car and refused to get out of the vehicle while they worked on it I mean I couldn't believe that I mean how ignorant do u have to be to do that?! first off it's illegal to drink in a car second it's illegal to drink at an establishment that doesn't have a liquor license and then treat people the way they did all I can say I felt sorry for pat because he had to deal with an ignorant ass like that people like that don't deserve to be on the street they could kill someone from drinking and driving and for safety purposes you should not stay in a car when it's lifted I personally believe they where trying to start a claim and start more stupid racism crap (this is coming from a black man by the way) I personally don't appreciate black people making an entire race look bad by the way they act like your parent/parents didn't raise you correctly I just wish I was there that day cause it would not have been pretty for that jackass but anyways I'm gonna set the record straight right now I was happy with my experience here and I will continue to bring my car here with my car being lowered it's to difficult to do certain things on the car and they used boards to load my car (the correct way to load a lowered car) unlike one place that thought they could just drive it up and the ripped my splash guard off and tried saying it was that way when it came in until I showed them I video of them damaging my car and tried acting like they didn't do that but anyways highly recommended I'm very happy with my results and this is coming from someone that drives 142 miles a day from manteno to aurora every day read more

Kudos to the Manteno Quick Lube Team! I have just moved into the area and stumbled upon this Quick Lube by accident. my second experience I decided to give guys a chance at something other than an oil change. My wife had a bad rattle (exhaust related) so we had arranged for my wife to meet me there and have her car checked out while we headed off to dinner. I called in advance to arrange an appointment. As we pulled up they were waiting for us! Asked if we were the ones with the exhaust inspection, I said yes and they asked my wife to bring the car in and asked that I park in the back so as not to block the drive way. I pulled around to the back and as I was walking to the shop He said "All fixed" seems that it was just a loose heat shield. NO CHARGE! WHAT!! Nice guys finish first! They now have a forever repeat customer! Friendly! Honest! Fast! and Quality work! I have been there several times now. Each time is fast and satisfying! I used to be a "dealer only" kind of person, until the dealers repeatedly failed me. I never really thought about an independent quick lube because I always thought, "who knows the vehicle better than a dealer?". But when I kept getting turned away from the local dealers, and my cars needed maintenance, I turned to Manteno Quick Lube. It's not a big place, but they are always busy. I now get all my oil changes there on all of my vehicles. When the radiator in my Jeep went out for the second time, (first time replaced by the dealer), I gave the job to them. They are quick, they do the job right the first time, they only recommend work that they truly believe I need and are honest enough to tell me when I don't need that particular part/job yet. read more

The owner was super helpful, honest and upfront about what was going on with my vehicle. Didnt treat me like an idiot that knew nothing about vehicles just because I was a female and was SUPER helpful when it came to dealing with the loan and warranty company. He helped me win a HUGE debate with them when it came to getting everything taken care of, and got them to actually cover his diagnostics and to buy back the vehicle from me, due to the repair estimate coming up to more than I paid for the vehicle less than 2 months ago. Pat went out of his way to help me, and make sure the situation got taken care of. My favorite thing about it is the service. The owner, Pat, takes a lot of time to help us understand the issue, our options, and best outcome. His assessments are always honest even if it means he will lose business. Wow these guys were fast. I was in a bit of a rush to get to work when my check engine light came on and I looked up and sure enough it was time for my next oil change. I was able to come in, talk to Eric about what my car needed, and him and all the guys in the shop got me in and out at no time at all! My only complaint was that the lobby was a little dirty, but I could tell that they had been busy so they didn't have time to clean it. other than that no complaints! I stopped in the other day and because I needed an oil change. While I was waiting there was a gentleman that waked in, and showed me the air filter that came out of my vehicle. It was disgusting! I told them to go ahead and replace it. He also mentioned that my vehicle needed a coolant flush. I had no idea that radiator fluid could get so corroded after 89,000 miles. They went ahead and did the flush and my car is running better overall ad now I finally have heat! read more

I stopped in for an oil change and because my car was shifting really hard. I'm usually pretty good with cars and I usually do these kinds things myself, but I just couldn't figure out why my Commander was having this problem. Turns out, the transmission fluid hadn't been changed since I owned the car which was causing such a hard downshift. i ended up getting a transmission flush and the thing now runs like new. They did a good job on my car. they were quick to get my car completed.They put in an A/C compressor for me last year. My air wasnt cooling now. They checked it out replaced a fuse and added dye to the lines free of charge. They replaced the freon and everything works great!! read more

They said nothing about topping off the fluids,,I don't know if they even filled they windshield wiper fluid, Said nothing about filling the tires to correct air pressure, Did not show me dipstick that the oil level was good, these are things they need to change read more
