I have seen my brother pay lots of Money just for his truck to sit for months At times they tell him they have the truck in the back when I go to spot check, it's still sitting in the same spot my brother left it at when he dropped it off. I literally live 1 minute away from this place and most of the vehicles there have just been sitting. On this last occasion my brother brought his truck there for an oil change and a clutch and now his truck is not running. I really feel bad for him that he was used by this company that's a family ownership and you actually deal with owners. Please skip this shop when choosing where to send your vehicle!!!! My 2013 VW Beetle Convertible had what looked like a serious window leak during a massive rainstorm and on top of that my brake light was out. The dealership couldn't even see me until Thursday! (Today is Monday). Grayson got me in today. He and his master mechanic Tommy personally took a hose to my car to diagnose the leak with no runaround. As it turns out, it wasn't the catastrophic leak I feared. At the same time, Tommy replaced my brake light quickly and efficiently. And, Grayson took great care of me- without a doubt amazing and straight up outstanding customer service. All my problems are resolved. Whew!!!! These guys are honest, knowledgeable, and they actually care. And to top it off, Grayson even identified the likely cause of my heat issue that the dealership wanted to fix the expensive way. All through a quick conversation and review of my car's issues. I'll be bringing my car back to fix that in a few weeks. When other parts of my car continued to deteriorate (the transmission), he gave me a fair estimate and told me in his opinion it was time to get it off my back.
