He got the right people in to do that job, was onsite to oversee it throughout, and he fixed a few other plumbing hiccups during the interim and even offered to install the new toilet seats we had sitting in their boxes while his excavation guys were doing their thing. He's a really helpful, friendly, and dedicated person who seems committed to making his customers' homes "right". He also put us onto the most fantastic crew to mitigate our basement disaster. After how happy we were with those guys (who were in our home to fix our basement properly for five weeks), I will take recommendations from Joe for anything we need.
