This store is now a Circle K. My husband was looking to find and purchase Alphagator brewed by Abita. I checked the Abita site and it mentioned this Circle K had Alphagator. When hubs went inside to check, he happily returned with a six pack. He said the store clerk was helpful providing him a bag to put the six single cans in. It's nice to find the prize when scavenger hunting. Circle K has pizza, sandwiches, fountain drinks and lots of other merchandise. I was very surprised at the number of patrons purchasing items that did not buy gas. This is a favorite convenience store for many. read more

I worked there and quit. I recommend you avoid the hotdogs, cookies, sandwiches, and donuts until management changes. The person in charge in food should not be preparing anything. I reported the complaints customers have had about the gas pumps to the EPA before I left when a red light was flashing outside. The solution was cut the power to the light. EPA said they were going to do a full investigation so maybe that will be corrected in time and I also told Corporate so they can fix it since their manager refuses to. The folks that complained about the manager to us, you were correct in your assessments and opinions. No one likes to be ignored, talked down to or having someone gaslight them. I like MAPCO, but they have some problems. I stopped by on Sunday for the 10 cent off gas and the pumps were not working. Stood there for nearly 15 minutes and the computers were not working. This has happened multiple times. I like the store, but it takes forever to check out. Nice store, but they have some issues. read more

Stopped here on opening day and boy they have more than plenty of employees working here. Most gas station/convenience stores usually only have two employees working. Maybe because it's their grand opening, but they were overly friendly and helpful. It seems Mapco has really focused on making their coffee bar a great experience. Yeah it's gas station coffee, but I'm no Starbuck drinker anyways. read more

Pretty nice gas station. They have a deli with seating inside and a nice selection of snacks... Very good gas prices. The attendant asked if I had a rewards card. I did not im not from here and we dont have mapco. Nice and courteous employees. read more

Been going to this Mapco weekly but lately some idiot constantly comes up smoking wanting to see me pirated CDs. Very annoying

i came here to fill up my tank like any other person. I get back in my car and I didn't get any gas. the lady inside was extremely unhelpful and so was her boss. "well it says it pumped and you payed so I can't help you." she says. So I spend my hard earned money,don't receive gas or help. she calls her boss and instead of giving my damn money back or at least giving me the gas I didn't receive they try to act like I'm trying to get free gas. How am I getting free gas if I didn't receive it when I payed? The lady proceeds to try to call the police. yea all the things happening in this world but a person wanting his money back after not receiving his gas is police call worthy. lady even had the nerve to try to tell me how much fills MY CAR UP. What makes the whole thing hilarious is when I went to a different gas station and put in half the amount for gas I did at this store my tank filled to half. Meaning no I didn't get my gas when she claimed I put too little in. With all the gas stations around here DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE. Or at least not overnight. Worst gas station experience I've ever had. Never in my life have I had a gas station not give me gas. read more

This is a pretty nice gas station. They've a deli on the inside and clean bathrooms. We stopped in to get some gas and a drink before heading back to Nashville. They unfortunately have Coke products on the soda fountain, I prefer Pepsi. Anyway, I asked the cashier how much they charge for ice and was told 50 cents for a large cup or FREE if I had my own cup. So I grabbed my Tervis out of the car and filled it up. I luckily had a can of Pepsi in the car so it worked out! Thanks for the free ice, Mapco! It's also that great crushed ice, the stuff that is great to munch on. read more

This store is busy somewhat unkempt and the employees appear to be overworked as in stressed out. But the overall experience wasn't bad but could have been better. I guess I'm spoiled I like individual attention when i go shop somewhere and here its just not practical. I would return though. read more

May 8, 2017-- I keep giving this station the benefit of the doubt, BUT again the pumps don't work, had to go back in twice because my 3 cents Rewards did not work at pump, finally I just asked for my money back. I will NEVER go back there again, it is just not worth it--- hopefully management reads these reviews and does something about the problem that they are having. --- But my business will go somewhere else----including my friends and family. read more

Don't go to the deli, it's not a nice place! I went there once to try the sandwiches and I will never go back there!I Besides the sandwiches being very expensive and not very good (there are cheaper places in town with better quality food), I witnessed the deli manager talking down to and belittling one of her employees, who was actually doing nothing wrong. I honestly don't know why the employee didn't walk out. They claim to be customer-service oriented...well, what kind of place yells at their employees in front of the customers. I couldn't get either of 2 gas pumps to work with the gas pumps outside outside. I tried 2 different pumps and both of them kept locking up. Neither of the pumps "call assistant" buttons worked either so I had to go in to prepay for gas which means I had to guess at how much gas i needed for my fill up. I prepaid for $35 and as I proceeded to pump the gas, the gas kept cutting off unless I pumped it as slow as I could as the handle wouldn't lock either. As I got close to my prepaid $35.00, the gas pump didn't seem to be slowing down at all either. After I got my gas, I went back inside to tell them about the slow pump and how the handle kept cutting off while I pumped the gas, hoping that one of the 3 folks in there would maybe look into these issues, but all they said to me was "you got your gas didn't you?" This Mapco was more than staffed with help, too, as one of the gentleman appeared to be a manager. Overall it took me about 15 mins. to pump and pay for just 9 gallons of gas! read more
