    Avocado Toast

Had breakfast at this popular place in Urbana that was crowded. It was crazy because it was summer and school wasn't even in session. Maple And Yolk is one of the most popular places to go in town for brunch or whatever. Expect to be waiting so make reservations if it's a big group. The menu is pretty basic classics along with some other things. Coming in here in the morning there was already a line going out front. It's certainly a favorite around here. The wait was maybe an hour so basically we got other things finished and came back later. A lot of what you expect at breakfast. It's about $5 for the cheapest items. We got the Avocado Toast. Before going know the vegetarian choices are limited. This one comes with an egg but we instead got more of the other toppings. Also we got Hash Browns. The meal was actually filling before we got hungry again later. Also has lots of lunch items. There's the usual items like salads and sandwiches. Got to say the food was good enough we could come here again. It's closed Mondays. There's limited options for vegans and vegetarians.

Corned Beef Hash was definitely homemade with chunks of tender corned beef with onions and green bell peppers accompanied with crispy oven roasted potatoes and two eggs cooked to order. It was delicious. Also came with choice of toast or pancakes. I don't usually get pancakes but I wanted to try them. You get two good sized pancakes with warm maple syrup on the side. The pancakes were tender with a little bit of substance to the texture which was nice. You could taste vanilla which was pleasant. The portions were generous. I also tried their house hot sauce. The chipotle flavor was just enough to give it a little smoky flavor but not overpowering. Very nice addition. The service was very good even though busy. The waitress and hostess were very polite and friendly. The coffee was also quite good. Definitely a place for great food and service.

This was so good!! Very cute and tasty brunch spot. They had a great selection of breakfast items and lunch options. Almost too many, literally everything on the menu sounds tasty. My OG eggs Benedict was 10/10. I love that they let me substitute the English muffin with gluten free toast. Even better-the fresh fruit was berries, yum!! The ham was thick cut and the hollandaise was rich. The mimosa flight was a great pairing. They were very sweet and a decent size for $21. The Bloody Mary was also great- perfect spice level and thickness. The service was fast and friendly. We were sat right away. They also have a huge parking lot which is great.

Came here for the burrata and was totally amazed! Service exceptional and food is Chicago quality! Crowded on weekends but that's a good sign!

My first visit here was on Mother's Day this year! My daughter lives in Champaign and I came to visit and she was set on taking me here for Mother's Day brunch! She was raving about how good the food was and I said ok ok it can't be THAT amazing... she was right! This establishment doesn't take reservations, they do a waiting list. And when we woke up my daughter put us on the list and we were 189th!!! I said welp- we may need to have a back up plan because we're never gonna get in! But sure enough by the time we got dressed and ready and arrived, it worked out seamlessly and we walked straight in and to our table! I don't recall ever witnessing such a highly efficient, AND friendly team at a restaurant in my life. I was truly amazed that we made our way thru the waitlist, and despite it being an extremely busy day on a holiday, it was not at all chaotic. They had a system, and everyone knew their assignments! We were seated in a nice sunny booth for our meal. A server who wasn't even our main server came over to say hello and wish me a happy Mother's Day and offered to take our picture!! So sweet!!! Now to the food!!! Oh my goodness. I literally have not stopped thinking about this veggie skillet since Mother's Day!!!! The combinations!!! So they had sweet potato tater tots, mushrooms, spinach, eggs, pumpkin seeds, feta and dried cranberries!!!! A party in my mouth!!!! That combination was SO delicious!! Major kudos to the chef who put that on the menu! My daughter had the Tuscan omelette which had chicken sausage, spinach, sun dried tomatoes, & feta cheese. She said hers was amazing too!! Outstanding meal! I live in Evanston, IL and I'm telling you this brunch was so good I'm planning a trip back to go visit this place again!!! So yummy! And the staff was handing out single roses to all the moms on Mother's Day! How sweet was that!! And how thoughtful of them even on a CRAZY busy day!! Shouts out to the entire team there! Yall are doing a wonderful job! Keep it up!!

Maple & Yolk has great proportions for the price. The aesthetic is nice. The restaurant is packed to the brim with every table filled so it's hard to have a conversation with your group because it's loud. We had to join the online waitlist a few hours in advance, so we didn't show up until we were notified that our table was almost ready. The waiting area inside is very small.

Was not expecting such a great meal here! Maple and yolk is new to Urbana and this breakfast place was much needed! Prior to this, there hasn't been a good go to place to meet friends or family for breakfast and maple and yolk now checks that box. We absolutely loved the cinnamon roll (which was massive) and I really enjoyed the veggie skillet. Breakfast sandwich was a hit too. Service was quick and we only waited about 15-20 min for a table-- quick turnarounds here. Cute inside and great little spot for brunch.

First time at Maple & Yolk. We were greeted with a smile and seated immediately. The chairs are very comfortable as is the bench seats. We ordered the chicken & waffles and a veggie omelet with bacon. The chicken & waffles were very good. The syrup included had a nice spice to it. The chicken was very crispy and the waffles were crispy in the outside and soft on the inside. The veggie omelet with bacon was delicious! It was packed with veggies. The pancakes were very good, nice and fluffy. The service was very friendly and checked up on us several times.

The food was absolutely wonderful :] we ordered a veggie skillet (named Flora) and it was very good! The service was great and timely and the decoration of the place indoors was very cute!

Quite literally the best breakfast place in the CU area. Though a bit expensive, you get what you pay for. The portion sizes are huge. Both the corned beef hash and steak and eggs are fantastic. Staff are friendly and the remodeled restaurant looks very homey.

I have so many amazing things to say about this place, first off this is exactly the type of brunch spot Champaign has been NEEDING! The inside is so cute and honestly because of the waitlist the wait wasn't bad at all! But if you don't add yourself to if before you get there I would expect to wait a little. Next is the menu, when I tell you I could have looked at this menu all day, there were so many amazing options I seriously had a hard time choosing! I ended up deciding on the corned beef skillet and pancakes, the pancakes were hands down the best pancakes I've ever had... in my life lol. I will say the corned beef wasn't super well seasoned, but I feel like that dish wasn't for me. Now my husbands chilaquiles has AMAZING, like the best breakfast ive had in a very long time, and the mimosa flight? Wooo were they strong lol so many fun options to choose from! I can't wait to go back and try something new! But this is 100% a MUST try for visitors and locals both!

Lots of nice craft beers available - some local. The service was nice and friendly. Nicole was my bartender/server. I enjoyed hearing about her favorite menu items. I was near the back so I got to see all the other servers "yucking" it up and just standing around while this poor lady was doing laps. I am from the service industry and only 40 so I'm not being a Karen. This server deserves a huge raise and probably a better job. Pair that with them cutting down the menu, this place went to a "must see" in Champaign to a maybe. What I ate was tasty, but the rest of Champaign has caught up and starting to leave them behind.
