The only problems I have are other tenants who feel the need to hide behind yelp and bash the people who try to bring pride to where we live. It really bothers me to read these complaints when all they need to do is talk to the staff (it works for normal people) and each case I'm sure will be delt with the best they can and acomidate everyone. The complaint I have is several individuals shoot off fireworks in the subdivision on the 4th which is actually terrifying. The place will go up like a tinderbox if there is a "misfire" as these are manufactured homes. I also had my truck nailed with an arial firework which I was not to happy about. I wish the management would find some what to strictly enforce that part.

You have to park in a whole other neighborhood just to go home. It's a horrible "service" as they call it and nobody asked for it. There lot rent is too high, with no amenities, other than a poor excuse for a park. The dog park is right next to someones yard and makes it super awkward to use. Not to mention the lady that lives next to it uses it for her own dogs that are not leashed. They nit pick at everything and anything they can. You will hate it here. I promise you that. It will soon be little California. The lot rent is 970 and climbing, it will go up every year about 60 dollars. There was a shooting down here not to long ago. I would rather live in a apartment than here. I literally own the house I am in, and the yard looks better now then when I moved into there stupid lot. And they still have problems with it.

The camp store has a few things but restaurants, grocery, and coffee were all within a five minute drive. The park staff and office staff were both friendly, and lead you to your campsite. If you're passing through, its's a cute, clean park. Some residential sites appeared to be long-term but had tidy campsites with potted plant instead of rust or clutter. Passing through or dropping anchor, It was, and appears to be, a pleasant stay. We were able to reserve by phone and speak to a human, rather than filling out an online request (no thanks). The cute little store had camping supplies and cold drinks, but no beer or wine, so bring it with you and don't act like a rookie.

We recently stayed for 10 nights. The park itself is all gravel, and the dog walking area along the greenbelt was overgrown with weeds and full of goat head stickers, making it less than ideal for pets. Our site was also extremely tight. The neighboring RV's awning was actually touching our slide-out, leaving very little room between the two rigs. The biggest disappointment, however, was how our reservation was handled. We originally booked a 7-night stay, but called ahead to ask if we could arrive three days early. The park had availability, so they gladly accommodated the request. When we received our final invoice, we were surprised to find a $50 "reservation change" fee simply for extending our stay. In other words, we were charged an additional fee for giving the park three more nights of business. I've called and emailed multiple times over the past two weeks asking for an explanation of the charge, but no one has responded. Unfortunately, between the cramped sites, the condition of the park, the unexpected fee, and the lack of customer service afterward, this was not a positive experience. We won't be returning, and I can't recommend this park to other RV travelers.

We didn't have any expectations but we really loved Hi Valley RV Park!! We appreciated how quiet it was and all the staff members were helpful and friendly. I strongly recommend this park and we look forward to next time we are in town. BTW we didn't like the next RV park. We kept comparing it to Hi Valley LOL
