Apparently, according to his ex-employees, he's been doing this for a very long time, moving somewhere new once the heat is on. His contracts are worthless, as he can't actually get licensed. He uses other businesses biz lic info. Yes, he comes across as sincere, and a really great guy. He's very good at this. We lost $22K, and know of another person who lost $80K. Once he's scammed enough cash, he disappears. Several people are persuing lawsuits against him. It sounds like he's still doing this from his current home. Don't fall for it. The guy is a total snake...and likely a sociopath. We really liked, and trusted him. Now, I just want to see him go down....HARD!

They do a great job at fixing broken components - and spot maintenance before it becomes a problem. They're patient too explaining how to use things yearly to me :) as I am a seasonal Rv'er and forget the whole order of operations with propane, water,etc... They are realistic with their scheduling and always seem to do a little extra if I need something while I'm there. I used to drive an hour one way to see them. I moved even further away and I just drove 2 hours one way just to get my service done by them. Feel confident trusting your pride and joy with them - they'll get it done, get it done right and for a fair price. This is how business should be run! Also always such a nice interaction every time I go.

All of this was after being told that we had a "premium" RV. -Super shady up front costs on initial rental (went from $1500 to almost $3000) - Guy tried run an insurance claim on a flat tire. Guy also tried to run an $8000 claim on light damage to rear bumper from a motorist that tagged the back while we were away from vehicle. I'm not a body guy, but I've done enough car repair to know that this was clearly fraudulent. -When I tried to call to see where my refund was for $300 deductible on claim, I had to leave three separate messages with the guy who could barely speak English at the front desk, before finally had to call and demand to speak with the owner. This was over three weeks time. Again, I do not write Yelp reviews lightly and being a fellow business owner it took me a lot to get pushed over the edge enough to write this, but seriously an all around awful experience. Run

The heater shook and made terrible noises. I also found a previous renter's contract with their information, plus some of their items under the passenger seat. Safety is definitely not in Cruise America Everett's mindset. After the first day of driving, we could tell the RV needed realignment and we called the service number. The service folks were the only attentive, concerned beings in this whole experience. They tried to find a repair shop on our route but no shop wanted to take it on so we had to deviate to an actual Cruise America shop in Henderson, NV, which, because of the weekend, we had to make arrangements to stay places an extra 2 days. The shop was not equipped to do realignments so they put on 2 new front tires, a new driver's side mirror, and new screws in the heater. The new tires helped but it still needed alignment. When we returned the RV and talked to the 'manager' of the issues we had, she asked the woman who had done the preview inspection if the black tank was open and empty, to which she said yes, which was an out and out lie. We were offered either $300 in credit to use here again (no way) or $150 back. We were told if we accepted any of these, we could not complain any further up the chain. That's BS and unacceptable.

I was concerned that once we got to signing off on paperwork at their offices, they would find all kinds of reasons to reduce the amount they agreed to for my trade in. Didn't happen! Their integrity is second to none. Leo was our salesman who even had our new RV detailed for us without our asking and gave me a used hitch to tow it with! As if that wasn't impressive enough, Rob the mechanic came in on his day off (Sunday) to install my new hitch on my truck and show me the ins and outs for maintaining our new RV. As if that wasn't impressive enough... Leo spent extra time with me to be sure I understood the operation of the new hitch and took extra time to make final adjustments to the hitch. Turns out our neighbors across the street purchased a new Lance 25 foot trailer from Clearview RV three days after our purchase and they were equally blown away by Clearview RV's concern for the customer.
