Me and my family of 5 have not been on a vacation for 5 years and omg we need a vacation!!! We decided to rent a motorhome for five nights and found this place seemed good cost us $1,900 we were so so excited and bought all kinds of stuff and booked fun places to go !! Ok I saw a couple small bugs but said ok it's camping life We drove to Portland and when we went to park for the first night and when we started to get ready for bed we keep seeing bugs in the bed in the kitchen near the sink and when we put the couch done for bed more OMG Ok I have to admit I hate bugs some were ants but some were not they were smaller and I told my husband I'm SO sorry I can't sleep in this with my kids My husband at first said no it will be ok but after one after another and it didn't stop he said ok We DROVE all night back to Everett and got home at 1:30 and slept at home! I left a message with the after hours number and nobody answered my call The next morning right when they opened we brought it back I have video and pictures!!!!! The " OWNER " said he has a NICE house and gets bugs Ok well my house gets a spider once in a while but NO bugs In my opinion we are paying all this money to have a nice clean place cause the guy showing us it said a couple times it has a 24 hour cleaning process and said it was VERY clean !!! I have to say I DO NOT recommend this place cause we only got half the money back when we didn't sleep in it for one night and I wish they would have refunded us the 4 nights we didn't use it cause of the BUGS We are out a lot of money and we didn't get a vacation and I'm SO sad To loose a vacation and loose $900 cause it was not a fit motorhome to rent out is so so sad Ants I don't like but I understand life has them but the smaller other bugs I don't know what they were and didn't want to find out If you call the two pictures a "CRASH " like the owner responded but it was a tall curb lol We paid the $1,500 fee for insurance no problem our fault !!! read more

Sure wish I knew what happened to cause them to close. Bought my last two trailers from them and totally trusted their maintenance staff and developed a very trusting relationship. We were disappointed in our rental of the 2023 22E Fourwinds Class C motorhome from Ryan's RV Town for one main reason - they sent us out with a motorhome that had a malfunctioning black water tank. We were told that they were having sensor issues with some of the motorhomes of this type and that even though the black water tank was empty (they had emptied it twice) it was still showing as 1/3 full. Upon trying to dump the tank on 10/13 it wasn't dumping out as it should be. We found that there was something in the tank blocking the wastewater from coming out. Needless to say, this became extremely disgusting because to try and find the issue we inserted a flexible water hose up into the black water tank port a few inches, which dislodged whatever was blocking the pipe...which opened the waste flood gates. We had to shorten our trip by 3 days and brought the rv back the next morning as it was not functioning properly. The rental department personnel were helpful and sympathetic and said we would be compensated for our trouble. The service technician on duty was less than helpful with his comments i.e., use a flashlight to look into the toilet to see the level; they are not responsible for items put into the toilet that could block the port, and again stating that the RV has a sensor issue. Our compensation the management decided upon and sent via email was paying for 8 rental days (we had the rental 6 days - picked up on 10/8 about 12 pm and dropped off on 10/14 about 10:00 am), writing off the extra milage charge and issuing a $500 credit to be used at Ryan's RV Town toward another rental. Since they require a minimum 4-day rental, this would ultimately cost us more than the $500 credit (gas, mileage, all the associated fees and taxes). Last year we rented from Cruise America and drove cross country from Washington to North Carolina without any issues. We truly expected the experience with Ryan's to be 10 times better than Cruise America but unfortunately it was not. The reason we rented in the first place was because we could not get our $1,000 deposit back after scheduling a rental last year, cancelling it and renting from Cruise America instead. The credit was only valid through 10/31/22. We certainly will not be renting from Ryan's RV Town again. Buyers and renters be aware that if you are told about sensor issues you should investigate further to avoid potential issues. read more

It's about time we logged a review of Ryan's RV in yelp. Simply put, we highly recommend them! Several years ago, we purchased our first motorhome from them. I was actually a reluctant buyer, but my husband was all for it. So the sneaky husband decided to "buy" me a "gift". Whahaha! Unlike all the other sales folk at other dealerships, Kelly and Robert were both so no-pressure. They were honest with what we could tow. They weren't about to sell us something quickly and leave us high a dry. They were also patient with us. Kelly really wanted to hear my worries and was able to allay my concerns with some incentives. Since then, their service dept has attended to all our concerns and have walked us through remembering how to operate it each spring when we pull it out of storage. Fast forward a few years, we went back to do a trade. Again, Kelly was chill. He ran the figures, showed us what he thought we'd like, and gave us a reasonable rate. He told us to go home to think about it. We did some online sleuthing and concluded everything Kelly offered was solid. Like an auto dealership, they have levels of warranty packages, but there was no hard driving pitches. It's really not their style. They were willing to give us what we wanted, but never made us feel bad about declining what we didn't want. So, if you are in the market for an RV, do pop over. I get it, it's a huge purchase. We recently got our new rig, travel trailer, from Ryan's RV! This place is exceptional. They don't have multiple sales man breathing down your neck to pressure you buying. We had AJ as a Sales Man and I defiantly recommend him. He's super knowledgeable, patient, customer obsession, and he really tries to find what fits your lifestyle the most. In addition , not only was AJ was amazing; Their Finance (Heather) and Service Lead (Aaron) is super friendly and responsive and on top of their work. The other piece that I love about this place is they know their sh*t. If something goes wrong, they will fix it for you ASAP. If you're like me who is new to this world and who doesn't know anything yet about the RV life, you need Ryan's Rv! Wow, the service department went above and beyond in helping me figure out why the lithium battery I bought 3.5 years ago went tits up all of a sudden. After communicating with the manufacturer and not getting the result I was hoping for I was able to reach Roy in the service department at Ryan's and he did a great job running through all possible scenarios before deciding that the battery management system had failed completely and the battery needed replacement. Even though they no longer carry this brand, he loaned me a lead battery to get me through my planned dry camping trip while I wait for the warranty replacement to arrive, and was okay with swapping out the new one after my return. Staff are great in repairs department. The mechanic stops what he's doing to come personally assess the problem, phones to let you know what was found, and keeps you informed. And their prices for repairs were reasonable. (This is so, so much better than my experience at other places where you're in the dark until pickup and sticker shock.) I'll be back. read more

After an accident I had my camper van repaired at Ryan's RV. They worked with the insurance company well and did a great job on the fiberglass repairs. They had a company they liked repair two windows. The windows had to be done twice and the van was there for over 6 weeks. They called and said the van was done and after giving them over $8000 the inside window trim wasn't done. They said they didn't take off the trim and that they would charge me extra to fix it but said they couldn't get to it for a week. The windows were replaced incorrectly not leaving a lip to put the trim on and it's impossible to repair unless the windows are totally taken out again. They never told me this and admitted no error on their part. This will cost me more money to correct if I can find a glass guy to do it. I will never use them again. read more

Absolutely no pressure and Alex who did my walk through was extremely thorough and Knowledgeable (unlike my experience with my first RV purchase from another dealer) And, I am also very impressed with the service and support I got after my purchase. I called them on the way back from an RV trip to tell them my awning wasn't working and asked if I could bring it in on my way home, they said sure. When I arrived I was instantly helped and my awning fixed before I left. I want to say special thanks to Alex (again), Roy and Steve (the service manager who let them work immediately on my problem.) Way back in October of 2019, when the world was still somewhat normal, I booked a Class C RV to rent from Ryan's RV Town for a Lake Chelan outting with my family to happen mid-month of July 2020. Thanks to Heather, the process was simple and quick with a bit of paperwork to fill out and a deposit paid towards the rental fee after choosing the type and size of rig and the dates for rental on their website. Fast-forward 8 months to June 2020. The non-essential Jay Inslee still has the state in lockdown, Pantifa are vandalizing historical monuments, and a brand new "autonomous yet 100% dependent upon others for everything" nation called CHAZ or CHOP has been established by a self-proclaimed warlord. The lamestream press is flooding us with images of ignorant fools demanding we dismanlte the United States as we know it. To top off this dystopian scenario, we still didn't know if the RV park in Chelan would open in time for our trip. But I digress. In the midst of all this chaos, I receive two emails that turned the tide of despair. Two beacons of light in a sea of darkness. The first one was from the Lakeshore RV Park in Lake Chelan stating they WILL BE REOPENING as of June 22nd. Yes! The second email, received in early July, was from Heather at Ryan's RV Town sending final details about our upcoming rental. Everything was a go! She also provided a link to a video starring a gentleman named Kelly that provided a comphrehensive walkthrough of the rig and how to get it levelled, connected to utilities, how things operated, etc, etc. Even as a somewhat experienced RVer this was a great refresher. She also booked us a time for us to pick up the rig. When the day came to start our trip, we arrived to find they had a beautiful and basically brand new Chateau Class C ready for us to roll out in. Heather had us sign final paperwork and pay the remaining balance plus a damage deposit. Then Kelly led us through the in-person walkthrough which was a quick flyover review of what was covered in his video as well as a chance to make note of any dents, scratches, non-operating items. Of course, since the rig was near new, there was no issues of which to make note. And with that we were off, in less than an hour and a half. The trip itself was awesome. The RV was perfect for our family's needs It was great to escape and be with family and friends outside the confines of home. Returning the rig was as efficient as every other step in the process. All I had to do was return it with the black tank empty and a full tank of gas. We also gave it a wipedown/vacuum when we unloaded at our house. Kelly did the final check which took only about 20 minutes. Simple. All in all, I have no hesitation giving Ryan's RV town 5 stars. They have their system down solid and their philosophy of renting new rigs means you're always going to RV in style with the freshest, best-equipped vehicles. This also implies that anyone who is looking to purchase may find great opportunities to buy a very lightly-used rental for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Ryan's RV Town for RV rentals and intend to rent from them again in the future. Our family could not be happier with the customer service and the pristine condition of the RV we rented. When I had a question, they responded quickly, and I had many questions. Picking it up was an easy process, they explained everything.. and drop off was just as smooth. We were able to get on the road with no issues. We were in Everett for the day, so I called Ryan's RV Town about getting a replacement. What luck! Although they're sold in sets of two (for over $100), they gave us a single jack at no charge. We turned in the RV and decided a trailer was a better option for us considering we already had a truck. Kelly took us to the perfect trailer that would fit our family. Of course I found an electrical problem when I am packing up and have reservations to go camping! Isn't that always the case? I have had my van conversion work done at Ryan's RV since I purchased the vehicle. Today was no different, they were the first place I called as soon as they opened. I was told to come in straight away and they would look at the issue. I know that due to the pandemic that every business that was shut down is very much backed up. However, when they saw that my deep cycle batteries were toast and that all I needed was to replace them it really worked out in my favor. Two hours later I am on the road and still able to go camping! I cannot say enough about how well I was treated today and at all my previous appointments. I do recommend this business. read more

RYANS and Roger to the Rescue! The night before leaving for a 3 month, cross-country trip we thought we'd better check a "garanteed" series of what tirned out to be hackneyed jobs on the black tank drain connections. Dumped a couple gallons of water into the tank the night before leaving. Next morning, sure enough, it still leaks. Aaargh! We took it to Ryans first thing and they put Roger, a master certified technician w/30+ years experience on the job. He expertly replaced the entire system under the tank. We were on the road 24 hours later. It's the beginning of our third week on the road, countless ruts, and really beat-up roads at high speeds and we are in the middle of Ohio without a care in the world (except how quickly can we get through Ohio!) Took my trailer in for repairs and a week later they call me with the estimate of 7000.00 and when I said I would pass they said they could do it for 4000.00. What a scam! I own my own business and if did this to any one of my customers I would be out of business. Roger was able to repair the hydraulic issues that Poulsbo and RV Country failed to. Extra impressive that he did it in a few days and they had my rig for two years. This company was supposed to winterize our trailer. In January we left the shop thinking all was in good order. At the end of the day, and 270 miles later we were shocked to discover frozen pipes, damaged toilet valve, failed fresh cold water drain valve, cracked kitchen sprayer, frozen J-traps. The trailer was uninhabitable! We struggled with this until we reached our destination. We are still trying to get parts. A week ago we reached out to the company & they have not responded. read more

Stopped by Ryan's RV Town the other day to get an estimate on a trade in. Whoever was in charge that I spoke with was not very friendly. He asked me what kind of trade in I had, and as I was telling him the make and model he cut me off and said "yeah I know what it is, I've sold them before" in a really abrupt and demeaning tone, and then preceded to tell me I'd only get $3-4K trade in value. That's fine, but his tone of voice and the way he talked down to me by saying "this is 15 years old, we don't keep that kind of stuff here" made me feel stupid and made me want to leave. I wasn't coming here expecting to get a lot, and was interested in a couple trailers I had seen from their website. But after speaking with this gentleman I left. So I'm sure this place is great if you have a lot of money to spend, but the customer service was really poor. Don't go here if you don't want to be judged for your trade in and your price range. read more

On my road trip and the metal strapping fell off hanging there dragged no on the road. I have not done any off roading , nothing that should have caused any issues. After I pulled over and looked up Under rig. Saw what was going on I just looked around and by some miracle I saw an rv place with a big sign that says it did service and also had a capability to come where you are. Well I'm am in Everett Washington. And the rv dealer was called Ryan's rv town. I cannot say about other people's experience. But I drove up and parked. Almost immediately a fellow walks up to me and says what's that hanging down underneath that beautiful class b? I did not know. Without hesitation he crawled under rig saw what I needed. Went in and got the parts , crawl d to under rig and did the repair. At the same time makes my sure all the other straps holding in my tanks were secure. It was the metal strap holding in my black tank. Thankfully there are two of them. Anyway. These giant "j" screws came in a packet of two. All they charged me was the three dollars for the packet of screws. I gave the guy a new ce tip. And was on my way within ten my mutes of pulling up not their driveway. We are happy with the service here. We just got our "new" used trailer back after getting the roof sealed, new vent caps put in, a new water heater installed, new awning fabric, and the brakes checked and cleaned. The cost was reasonable, and our trailer seems as good as new. The staff here seem knowledgeable and not wanting to oversell us, too, which is helpful for newbies like us. They have a lot of trailer parts for sale in their little "store" and can order parts quickly if they are not in stock. We will definitely come back here in the future. read more

I was very pleased to be able to schedule service so quickly with Ryan's when other rv shops are very busy. They did what I needed and didn't try to sell me on other services. Also finished when expected. The people who work here are great. They were very helpful rearranging other rv's in the yard to make space for me to easily tow mine out. The only negative part of the experience was the guy scheduling the service who was also the one at the desk when I dropped off my trailer. He seemed sort of annoyed by a few mi or questions about time frame and also annoyed that I asked why I should need to leave the door keys for my fifth wheel when they were only servicing the wheel bearings. Just seems like he doesn't like dealing with customers so maybe someone else should do that job. Again, the guys around the lot were great and very helpful. read more

Brought my trailer in for an assortment of issues after a cross country drive. Picked them based off Yelp reviews. They did the work at a fair price. For the larger job (awning needed a bunch of work) they advised me of the price and I opted to leave it be for now. But for the amount of items they investigated/looked at I feel like they did a good job at a fair price. Would bring my trailer there again in a heartbeat. read more

We love, love, love Ryan's Rv Town! Came to these guys sometime in December, 2019 shortly after we had purchased a truck and Holiday Rambler 5th wheel from a private party in Oregon. Being complete novices with RV's, we wanted them to check it out and fix some minor stuff which they did. They were honest, friendly and super helpful. To make a long story short, after taking our rig out for 7 short trips, we realized a 5th wheel rig was too big for us and decided to trade it in (at Ryan's) for a 2019 Forester 3150S class C. They gave us a fair trade in value and a great deal on an extended warranty. Second trip out with the new rig we had an issue with the slide in and the staff at Ryan's was there for us, coaching us over the phone as to how to fix the issue. When that didn't work, they sent a technician (Wonderful Wes!) to our campsite 3 hrs away from their shop!! Now that is service!!! Greg was our salesperson and he was just awesome. Been in the business for 30+ years so knows these units inside and out - very knowledgeable. No high pressure, no flakey pitches. Heather and Michael were extremely helpful and great customer service....the GM different story. He accused me of having a pet in the rv charging $500 and rudly said "I can have it analyzed". He charged me over $400 for dog damage both cushions. I kept telling him no dog was ever in it. I don't even own a pet. He told me he would refund my $500 and to never use them again. I WON'T!!!! I sent him an email stating yes do the test the animal hair and we will run it against every family member that has a dog. My advice anyone who rents one of their RV is to look in every nook and cranny,lift up seat cushions, look in the crevices of beds. Also don't rent an rv with handles poking out.
