This Florist Shop is unprofessional as well as delivered flowers that were losing petals from the time the recipient received them. I called the morning of the delivery to find approximate delivery time and the first call was answered by a child and the second by a Maple Grove Florist employee who hung up on me. Poor customer service. Flowers delivered after 9 pm to mom in care center for her birthday. Very disappointing.

i purchased flowers for my girlfriend and had them sent to her work paying for both the same day shipping and the expedited shipping so they would arrive by 12:00pm not only did the flowers arrive 3 hours late they called and asked to deliver them monday instead with not mention of refunding my $40 for them to arrive at noon that same day they seem not to care about customer service and only about they pay check they receive very dissapointed wont choose this place again read more

The problem with ordering flowers when you're out of state is that you are fully at the mercy of the business. You have no idea what the final product will look like and you can only use Google or Yelp reviews to gauge whether a business is credible. I am writing this review in an effort to help other out of town purchasers. On November 19 i placed an online order for flowers to be delivered to a business on November 22. Plenty of notice in my opinion. The flowers were delivered on November 23. The colleague I was delivering them to was off work on November 23 and lives an hour away from the delivery location which is precisely why i asked that they be delivered on November 22, not the 23rd! The flowers sat in the office over the long Thanksgiving holiday and when she returned to work on Monday, November 28, they were not at their freshest, obviously, and were wilted. I reached out to the business twice to request that the $19 delivery fee be credited back to me. In my opinion, that's the least they could do. I paid you for a service to delivery them on a specific day and you did not meet that expectation. My two inquiries to the business went unanswered. Buyer beware. read more

I've never actually been to the shop myself, so I'll say some of this is hearsay from my fiance. He has picked up flowers for me for occasions about every 3 months over the last 2 years we've been together. Every time they help him build a custom bouquet with exactly what I like. The last flowers were given to me on Feb 24th and as of March 9th they still look fantastic! I cut them when I put them in fresh water after receiving them, use the packet, and then change water every 2-3 days. I also re-cut after day 3 or 4. They easily last 2 weeks every time - even the more delicate flowers he chooses! He says service is great and they are always helpful in arranging the bouquet based on what he picks for me. read more

I would give them a negative 10 stars if I could, this is the worst customer service I have ever received, anywhere, EVER, My Dad has flowers delivered to my daughter and me every Valentines Day, His local florist trusted this shop to do the job. They didn't. They did not make deliver on Valentines Day, they lied saying they called about an attempted delivery and then logged on the local florist's account that they delivered at 6 pm. They did not. They didn't call the local florist to let them no there was no delivery even though the driver came back with both bouquets. When contacted by the local florist after the non delivery was discovered, they said they would deliver on the 15th. They then called me to tell me they would not be able to because it was past their delivery deadline. ( Note: These flowers were arranged on The 13th, and they are suggesting they will deliver on the 16th.). I agreed to pick them up on the 15th, after work, out of my way. I heard excuses from the "manager" about untrained drivers, snow, 500 deliveries, Valentine's Day etc..etc. She was rude and dismissive. She couldn't give me the number the driver called, because he didn't. She ignored the fact that someone logged the delivery for the local florist. Today is the 17th, both bouquets are wilted, and some flowers are already dead. I wish I could post a picture for proof. For $90 (including a delivery fee which they did not deliver to us) we received 2 small vase arrangements, with a total of 7 tulips and 5 roses (and some filler). Seriously? My Dad's tradition was broken and he was disappointed because this shop didn't do their job. My daughter was disappointed thinking her Grampa forgot about her, and I was put in a position to track down flowers and pick them up myself. It was a jumbled mess or 2 days that caused stress and disappointment for 2 families and an unaware local florist. I would stay far from this shop because they can't be trusted. read more

I ordered $30 worth of flowers for delivery. The total came to $45.00 with delivery and tax. I saw the bouquet I had delivered and it was not worth $30.00. I sent the flower shop a picture of the bouquet. They then told me the vase it came in was $5.00 (a simple glass vase not worth $5.00) and there is a 25% labor fee on the cost of flowers, so around $7.50 for them to stick the flowers in the vase. So, the total of what the flowers were worth was around $17.00 and I paid $45.00! Beware of these fees they DO NOT tell you about when you place the order. I could have gone to the grocery store and picked up better flowers. read more
