It's unfortunate that this florist is even receiving one star. It's hard to imagine that this company can stay in business without listening to customer requests. The floral industry as a whole is a dying business due to places like this. Our flowers were botched by this company and they wouldn't even give a partial refund. This beautiful company catered to a hospice center for dying patients and sent them all tulips. Lilies were my grandmothers favorite, she passed in 2017 from breast cancer, last year in August I lost my grandfather who died in hospice at home, he never received many flowers until then.
