I would say everyone that worked there displayed excellent customer service. I checked in on Saturday. The young lady at the desk was very nice. She was very welcoming to me. And she also made a combinations for me and my family. When we return later back to the facility, it was someone else at the desk and they were also very nice making sure they always acknowledge anyone that came in and out the door the front door. Even the housekeeping was on top of everything making sure they kept the facility, clean and smelling good constantly cleaning the hallways, keeping the overall aesthetics of the facility up . The room was nice and clean. I like the feature that you were that you were able to control the TV with your phone. The buffet breakfast was the best part. They had everything that you could name and it was really good. Kudos to the young man that was in charge of the breakfest. He wore a chef style hat and I think his name was Louis. I'm not sure but he was there on Sunday and Monday. He assisted my family with whatever they needed. He was very nice as well and he kept the buffet area very clean. Current owner, Brian Luedtke saw a gem worth saving and completely restored the home that was close to being destroyed. Luedtke did all the work himself, tediously making molds to restore art details and furnishing with period antiques over a 15 year restoration. What a gift to Columbus history!

Above what I had paid. All different fees. While staying I did call the front desk asking about the fees. I was put on hold and left there. I had to hang up. After communicating with the hotel, Maneger was supposed to reach out to me to explain why I was charged. He never did. Still waiting for four refunds. He definitely needs to improve communications with costumers. Through I did explain to them I was still having to drive back to California with limited funds after staying in the hotel. Hotel is pretty and my room was nice. But the bed did smell dirty like it was washed with no laundry soap. After cleaning service reached are room. The floor wasn't cleaned. The bar on the 7th floor costumer service was great also the restaurant on the first floor. Valet also was great. The bar on the first floor the bartender she seemed like she didn't want to serve my husband and I. When asking questions about drinks she would just say that's all we have. Will not stay there again and do not recommend.
