Left a very negative message on my voicemail, In her exact words "you walked out without paying the full amount and we need payment immediately" Unfortunately it was their mistake, they only charged me 1/2 of what the bill was on exit. Which was their fault. Had I been informed of the correct amount for service it would have been paid, exactly like the 10x prior i'd already been there. Instead of remedying the situation with some actual customer service she blamed the error on us, took no responsibility for the hostile message and when challenged basically let my wife and my business slip out the door. If you want bitchy, holier than thou staff that harasses you over their mistake then by all means go to this practice. The real shame here is that Dr. Hiller is a great guy and good dentist but surrounds himself with agitating negative staff. My wife and I will never go back and hold this practice in ill regard.

At About Face Dr. Price offered me the shorter term invisalign program that other orthodontists did not propose. My issue is not large nor should it take 18-24 months to resolve. He was the only orthodontist that provided this "express" option alternative. My next visit I will receive my Invisaligns and I am super excited!! Our general dentist found at her 6 month cleaning that she has an open bite meaning that only her back teeth are touching which makes chewing her food near impossible; she is tearing and ripping her food! I had an accident in 2018 and haven't had a new one made since and thought that coming to this office they would take me seriously considering the shape my mouth is in and my 13 years of dental experience so I requested a night guard and the dentist I saw agreed with me that I needed one due to my symptoms and the proof of the clenching and grinding on my teeth: so the next day I call to set up an appointment for an impression in which I am told by the front desk (in a super rude attitude) "that's not how we do it". Not to mention the assistant I saw was short with me and super rude and impatient as well. So since I had been the one to mention the night guard, the dentist k had originally mentioned sent me an email blabbering about nonsense and he says "concerning the night guard, it is the dentist that proposes night guards in this office, not the patients". So I called Middlebury Dental Group--and I'm very glad I did. The receptionist listened carefully and immediately talked to Dr. Fasoli, who agreed to see my wife right away. He ended up doing an emergency root canal himself as well as some other work that was overdue. Dr. Fasoli was kind, articulate, professional, and accommodating from start to finish. We've been to at least four dentists in the area over the past twenty years, but he is far and away the best of the bunch. This guy really sets a new standard. We won't go anywhere else from now on.
