I have yet to have a positive experience here. Both crowns they did for me lasted less than 4…read moreyears. When I had one replaced earlier this year, it was such a bad fit I couldn't even close my teeth together and it hurt if I bit down. The dentist blew me off, saying "some discomfort is normal" until I was sobbing, then decided to check the bite and low & behold it needed a ton of adjustment. I complained for the past year about a tooth where food was getting stuck between it and my gums. They told me "make sure to floss" - thanks, I do. Said tooth finally chipped and they told me there's a big cavity. Really? Why didn't you find it at any of my previous appointments where I complained about it and had x rays done? Of course it took them 3 weeks after it chipped to even see me to tell me that. And they didn't even schedule me an appointment where they could do anything about it because they had too many other people scheduled at that time. What? What was even the purpose of this appointment then? They told me to come back another day then promptly cancelled my appointment even though I responded yes to their email confirmation. Apparently it's policy now that they need phone confirmation, but no one bothered to communicate that to me, and I work a job where I can't have a phone on me all day, so of course I missed the call when they tried to let me know an hour and a half before the deadline to confirm. I am done here. I would rather drive two hours to get to another in-network dentist than waste any more time or money here. UPDATE: They did give me my appointment time back last minute. I couldn't make it on time (I work far away), and they still saw me even though I was an hour late. And FWIW, the dentist I saw today was very considerate towards me compared to the one I saw in January. Unfortunately, part of the way their office works is you don't get a say in which dentist you see.

He wanted to use partials( cheap costumish things with protruding sharp wires) leading me to believe that he cared more about $ than patients. He left in decayed teeth( he said they were ok) to use as anchors( fail!). I have been in pain for most of 10 mo since that horrific day. He should not be allowed to touch patients( i have reported to opd and am suing)

After waiting several weeks to get seen, which is expected. I had a full exam with a travel…read moredentist. She and the tech were wonderful. She then left the practice unexpectedly and my follow up procedures were canceled. We were able to reschedule with Dr. Hines. On the morning of I notified the office right away that I was sick all night and had an elevated temp. I was told not to come in. I then called to reschedule when feeling better and was told I could not schedule my procedures because Dr. Hines considered my illness a no show. Very disappointed on the lack of empathy and rudeness of the associate when I was explaining as she was not the associate who handled the call. Very disappointed in the Dr who allows his patients to suffer and basically punish someone for being sick. When I said I would have to go elsewhere for care as I am in pain, his associate stated "okay, good". So professional, so caring. Just disappointing.
