My review is far past due and barely post reviews, but Mar deserves it! First off, Raj is by far the best to work with. Last year, I had just purchased my Audi S3, 2018 black on black. I faced a challenge with the rock chips starting to add up and scratches appearing from just about anything that touched the paint. I was recommended to Raj and his team through a number of people from around the bay that worked on my car. Window tint shop in Fremont, tuning shop in SJ. Audi, in SJ, Stevens Creek and Fremont Auto mall and up to the peninsula in Redwood City where I was getting my rock chips filled and fixed. It's obvious his work speaks for its self, so I made the call and got an appointment. Raj is a good dude, his office was closed after hours and he still returned my call that same night to get me in the following weekend. What sets the stage for Raj, is his knowledge, his demeanor, the time he takes to know his clients and his respect for his clients rides. Let me say, I have PTSD when it comes to my cars. Black on black, it's easy to scratch a car with this color and everyone that I've taken my car to for work has managed to scratch it somehow. Not once, did I see a scratch on my car in both Mike and his teams hands!!! Raj knows his space and will go the extra mile for his clients! I ended up getting a full hood, bumper, and partial fender braw as well as the mirrors, door handles and the rear bumper area for if I'm moving stuff in and out of the trunk. Top notch work and even better service. Took our 2019 Model 3 to get full ceramic + tint done. A couple months later the car was involved in an accident and had to have several panels replaced. Mike was super responsive and forwarded the quote to recoat the panels to the insurance. Unfortunately after receiving the car from the body shop (and with an appointment already scheduled) our Model 3 was hit while parked and had to get the front bumper and a fender replaced. All in all I think I had to reschedule appointments 4 times and Mike was incredibly patient with me through it all. Raj is great to work with and takes pride in his work. He is patient and accommodating as I had to reschedule my appointment a couple times due to delivery issues.
