I can not speak enough about how incredible each bite of food was here! Having never had Venezuelan food before, we were excited to just try new flavors. And this did not disappoint! When you can take simple beans & rice and create something so delectable, you know this is top notch. The steak was well cooked, the chorizo was Smokey and delicious and the beef & chicken was packed with flavor. While the kitchen was quite slow tonight, all of the servers were so kind and attentive. And the food was well worth the wait. While it was a quiet Monday tonight, it was clear that some nights are probably a party! Lots of room, looks like opportunity for live music which looks fun! Hands down one of the best meals I have had in the 757! We WILL be back!

The place was set up for Valentines Day. It was cute with the balloons and red hearts. We ordered one beef empanada the sampler, and the Tacos Mar y Tierra. The regular beef empanada was good. I do wish we had known to ask for sauce. I've noticed much much later really way too late. The other tables had sauces and ours did not so I am sure the empanada would've been even better with some sort of sauce. The sampler was OK. It was basically the same thing sort of repeated three different times and three different breads, but the breadsall tastes the same they were just different shapes. I wasn't a big fan of the chicken that was shredded inside, but my son loved the cheese sticks. The best were the tacos. Hands down I would skip the other items and go straight to the tacos. They were absolutely delicious. And there was definitely enough rice and beans with the one to go around. Service was OK. They forgot about us for a long time and they never offered the sauces until the very end when I saw the other tables had it and I asked for some but at that point I only had one taco left and we had eaten everything else. They weren't busy either because we are early birds when it comes to eating. It is definitely authentic and I would try it again, but maybe just be more cognizant of what's available.

Wow, our first visit after several friends recommended it with Gusto! As soon as you walk in you get this wall of awesome cooking smells. You know it's going to be good. We had the Parrilla Maracaibo that my mom and I shared with some of our other companions and everyone loved how loaded it was. The parrilla had grilled steak, chicken, pork and chorizo. I can't believe I had enough willpower to not eat any before I could take a picture (You are Welcome!). Someone in our party had the Grill Chicken with rice and black beans and they loved it. Our server, Camila checked in several times to make sure we didn't need anything. I loved how she kept scanning the table to see what we might need. You don't see that level of commitment to service anymore. Maracaibo definitely earned my FIVE stars, we will be back!

If you haven't tried Maracaibo Bistro, you are truly missing out. My friend and I met up on Saturday evening for dinner and as soon as I walked in, I couldn't help but start dancing to the music. It felt like I walked into a party, it created such a fun atmosphere! Our server was very nice and gave us time to look over the menu! I went with the Churrasco and ordered a side of Sweet Plantains. Thankfully, the food was served fairly quickly and everything tasted amazing! You know a restaurant is good when the white rice is even flavorful lol! The black beans were phenomenal and the steak was seasoned very well! Since my friend had been before, she asked for their hot peppers and that added even more flavor to the Churrasco! My friend ordered the Lomito Neptune which is definitely what I'll be ordering next time! I decided on the Tres Leches Cake for dessert which was just as great! Next time, I'd probably ask for no caramel but either way, I couldn't stop eating it lol! Definitely stop in if you're in the area! Maracaibo Bistro has wonderful service, a fun vibe and amazing food!!!!

We decided to stop in for the Sunday Buffet so that we could try a variety of dishes for lunch. We enjoyed the selection and everything was delicious. The servers were friendly and they made sure that the buffet was filled. This is a nice Venezuelan restaurant that offers a cozy atmosphere and vibe. Although the buffet was delicious, we've also enjoyed the regular menu on previous occasions. Give it a try!

This place had it all.. the great food, awesome service, aesthetically pleasing to the eye and a whole lot of flavor to each bite! This was my first time trying Valenzuelan Food and I was really impressed. The Food was great and very filling. The food was very good and the sauces were a nice touch. They make their own sauces so you can only try them there. I took lots home with us considering i can eat. The service was fast and friendly. I ordered the: Sampler Maracaibo 10/10 Parilla Maracaibo 10/10 The ambiance is very casual. There was a good amount of people and I can tell people enjoyed the food and the restaurant. Im definitely coming back here. Thank you Maracaibo Bistro!

This place is awesome! Our server Mei was amazing from start to finish! She recommended the ceviche de chicharron (pork belly)....my husband loved it!! The empanadas was excellent! We also had some mini arepitas - yum!! I tried a cachapas - it was a sweet corn arepa with sour cream and chicken. It was super flavorful though a little much sour cream for me. I also had the pollo en salsa champiñon. It had mushrooms, rice, and sweet plantains. The flavor was great. They have bar seating and several tables. They also have a dance floor so I can only imagine how live it gets! We will definitely go back.

I came to this spot for a Sunday Venezuelan lunch and was pleasantly surprised to find they were offering a buffet! There were so many options to choose from. Tons of grilled steaks and chicken fillets, and huge portions of paella, shrimp, chicharron, and other mixed seafood options. For the price, the quality and variety of options was an incredible deal! Will definitely be back to try the rest of their menu soon

Maracaibo is a cute Venezuelan restaurant located on the boulevard. For those who want to explore their menu, the Sample Maracaibo is a great choice. It offers a variety of flavors that is offered on their menu. Every dish is full of authentic taste, and the Horchata is definite favorite. We highly recommend visiting the spot. Once you've tried their food, you'll want to come back to experience anything on their menu.

The food was phenomenal - so good and very flavorful! The tostones were crispy and the meat was tender. The service was great and staff were friendly. Ambiance was relaxing too!

Tacos de Pollo with rice and beans. Very tasty, especially with their hot oil.

We have two little ones, and they are always so gracious and accommodating. Second, the food is 10000000/10! Wow talk about flavor! Our family's favorite go-to's are the ground beef and cheese empanadas, the kids pabellon, and our ALL time favorite is the arepa llanera fried. WOW!!! So my picky toddler LOVES the food here! Their rice and beans are cooked to perfection and my son who doesn't eat a ton of meat, will eat the shredded beef here! Our favorite thing about the arepa is the sauce they put on the steak with the freshness of the cheese and creaminess of the avocado with the tomato. omg my mouth is watering as I'm typing! We seriously LOVE it here! Those are my recommendations!
