My friend recommended this location, She referred me to the hair stylist by the name of Luz. Who I have to say is one of the sweetest hair stylist i have met in a awhile. She's very knowledgeable of what's in and can basically match the style you are looking for. This location also offers hair products and hair treatments. Horrible service my mother went in for a hair cutt / new dye / nails and came out immediately regretting it the hair color was not even closed to what she asked for . as a hair stylist you should not commit to something if you cannot make it happen she's been to other places where they've been honest and suggested something different or told her it's not gonna be 100% like you want it a lil different outcome and that's fine we appreciate the honesty That was not even the worse part The nail lady was awfully rude when asked to fix the manicure she become upset and claimed people come out with excuses not to pay even the ladies co-worker the one working on my moms hair told my mother those were horrible to speak up so she can get them re done update: Mother reached out to the hairstylist the hairstylist was very professional and understood that my mother was not happy with the outcome offered her to come back in and get it fixed The very next day Very much appreciated The turn out was better Unlike the other employee wouldn't recommend this place for nails read more

I normally do not leave a review, so the fact that I'm doing so is a big deal. If you are looking for a very inexpensive, professional hair salon this is it! I decided to start the process of going blonde. I naturally have very dark brown hair and had box dyed it several times to black. In the past I've had really bad experiences at hair salons so I try to go as little as possible but after my experience with LUZ I'm so happy I finally found a hair stylist that listens to what I want. I brought in a couple pictures to show her what I wanted. She very quickly understood exactly what I was going for. She made me feel understood and at ease! She explained what she was doing every step of the way. She was super friendly and very professional. I'm so happy with my results and can't wait to be back soon to continue my hair journey with Luz. I never had a hairstylist cut my hair in less then 10mins. She was really nice but I noticed when I got home that some parts were uneven. She cut my hair not looking at the mirror and didn't show me what she was cutting. Super disappointed because she charged me $20. read more

I called beforehand to make sure the wait wouldn't be long and was told that I only had to wait a short time. It turns it they made me wait more than 1 hour and 50 minutes. After asking a couple times for my turn for a haircut i was assigned to a lady after waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes. At 1 hour and 40 minutes of waiting nothing happened because the lady went home. So finally I got my hair cut after asking again at 1 hour 50 minutes of waiting. VERY DISAPPOINTED. NEVER GOING BACK.
