The water here is very bleachy, however they have a huge selection of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages. I ordered a strawberry vanilla shake. It was ok. Service is relatively fast but the tables have gotten smaller over the years and sometimes if you only have a party of 2 they will make you share with the strangers. All of this can be easily overlooked because you have a great time listening to the comics

What surprised me most was the food. I had no idea they had a full menu, so we ended up trying their sampler after already having an early dinner (no regrets). We got the mac and cheese balls, jalapeño poppers, and wings - classic bar food, but done really well. Exactly what you want when you're having a couple drinks and watching a show. Overall, great atmosphere, solid laughs, great service and better-than-expected food. I'd definitely go back - and next time, I might actually go hungry on purpose.

The cast had us laughing from start to finish with clever jokes, over-the-top characters, and just the right amount of heroic insect drama. It was unfortunately really hot in the theater and not sure if they don't have AC or it was down, but the only area that was cool was by the front doors, not in the main place where the show was held. We came in on a game show day. The actors tried their best, but it just was really one note, lackluster and not funny, at least to us. It seemed like there could have been more of a mix between more advanced actors vs newbies/students...or at least it seemed that way. They did take audience recommendations, like Who's Line, and that helped keep us engaged. Things seemed to drag on, otherwise, and we wished there was more creativity, quickness and wit displayed. We tried this place out and it's just not for us.

It was a student showcase and the theatre was full. After the student showcase was an Improv Troupe, I forget their name. They were good but I lost interest after about 10 minutes of the same game. The cost is reasonable at $5 plus the cost of refreshments which are available in the lobby. We lucked out and found parking in front. Others in our group parked down the street but it didn't seem to be difficult to find a space. I love supporting local theatre and would definitely go again.

Upon arriving, part of what I liked was that the theatre definitely gave off Arizona vibes with its Native American architecture. We sat at the upper level. Another thing I like is that it's an intimate theater. This means you'll have a good view pretty much from anywhere you sit, including in the back which is where we were. The seats are reasonably comfortable and we enjoyed the performance. During the intermission, I got a local beer which was reasonably priced for an event venue. All-in-all, a great experience. Support the arts! I joined their email list to keep up with the performances they hold throughout the year.
