Just picked up my baby! Yes, my car that I absolutely adore. I was in an accident where a typical Miami driver was distracted and thought they could drive through my car or try and drive bunk bed style... not really sure what their train of thought was at the time. They took my car in and the following day I already had a text with and update and quote. They kept open communication with us the whole time and I was only in a rental for two days before I got my car back in perfect condition! Luis Hernandez was straight with me. He didn't want to do an estimate for my car bc he couldn't guarantee that the estimate would be accurate without taking the car apart. He said the loss would probably be a total loss given the damage if an insurance company was going to settle the claim. So he turned me away. It's ok I went next door and got a free preliminary estimate from two of his competitors. If all you need is an estimate don't waste your time coming to Maranello's. I went to Maranello to get body damage to my Mercedes repaired. From the first call they were nothing short of perfect customer service. They arranged my rental car pick up within minutes, I dropped my car off on a Tuesday afternoon and it was ready by Friday afternoon. They were kind enough to change out my headlights for me and also replace my LED light for free! I had asked them to price the light for me and when they called to tell Me my car was ready, they let me know that a similar vehicle was totaled so they were able to give me the light from that car at no charge. I used Maranello Collision to repair my mother's car after she got into an accident. We had a very pleasant experience with them. We had exceptional customer service. They were very attentive and clearly explained the process to both my mother and I. They took care of everything. Once we dropped off the car, they called Enterprise on our behalf, and they picked us up to take us to the rental center. The next day they gave us a quote and an estimated completion date, they even finished two days earlier than the estimated date. We picked up the car and it was in great condition, not a scratch and seamless. You would not be able to tell that it was a wreck. They even cleaned and washed it. Afterwards they also coordinate with Enterprise for them to pick up the rental. I highly recommend this collision center. read more

Our car had suffered front end damage , we brought the 2021 Range Rover to Maranello to be repaired. Both Carlos Nuñez and Eduardo kept us informed and exhibited excellent customer service skills. The car was fixed and returned to us in Showroom quality since they are one of two authorized Range Rover body shops in Miami. A warning to all if you have a luxury car do not insure with State Farm . They nickeled and dime the whole repair process by refusing to pay the 125/hr labor rate and only authorized 50.00 per hour . Despite the fact that they had paid the higher rate on other occasions. Bottom line thumbs up to Maranello Collision for good work and customer service . I was called three times advised vehicle was ready for pickup. The first time visible scratches around tail light, glue dropped on rear bumper and heat shield installed incorrectly causing a rattling sound. The delivery person lied to me stating the insurance company would not authorize the glue to be fixed. Crazy!!! I told him you removed installed and painted the bumper so you just lied to me. The second time I went, the glue was removed and the scratch around the tail light was corrected. The heat shield still was not correct. I went and crawled under a like vehicle and took photos of how the heat shield was to be installed. The third visit they refused to correct the heat shield brackets. Hence I would never use this facility for any repair. read more

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND BOGUS WARRANTY ON THE WORK THEY DO! I was recommended to this place by my insurance. Within a year after they painted my car the paint peeled off completely. They claim to guarantee their work with a lifetime warranty but when I called to have the damaged pair repair they changed their story and were not helpful at all. The manage - Max blew me off directly when I tried to make an appointment to repair the issue under the warranty. Apparently this happens often, as my insurance no longer recommends them. read more

I brought my car in to fix my bumper and that was repaired correctly. Although some how I received my car with damages on the inside of my roof. They insisted that they were never in my car (all of my chairs were moved up and things were moved to my trunk) and that it had it prior to arriving. I came in person as they instructed and they showed me photos of the hole in my roof/scratch that was take by then. The photos were the same photos I sent them via text when I spoke to them before coming in. They cropped the photos to make it seem as if they were different than mine. I will not be coming back here for the lack of solutions and care. The manager also mentioned that "since we live in Miami it is hard for him to trust customers"... great mindset for a business. read more
